Se portaron excepcionalmente. Tuve un problema de salud y llamaron rápido a una ambulancia para llevarme al hospital. Y estuvieron todos interesados en mi situación. Elena en recepción una chica encantadora y amable. Y el hotel genial en todos los aspectos. Mil gracias por todo.

Pros:

Buena ubicación aunque esté a media hora del centro histórico (andando) hay varias paradas de bus cerca.

Cons:

La zona del desayuno necesita alguna mejora. Habitaciones pequeñas y faltan enchufes (algunos de los que hay no funcionan correctamente). Podría estar algo más limpio.

Prima locatie om Burgos te verkennen.
Pros:

Prima hotel. Lekker gegeten bij het restaurant. Centrum is ca. 15 minuten lopen, langs een riviertje onder de bomen, dus ook in de warmte aangenaam. Ontbijt prima. Straatparkeren ging prima nabij het hotel. De kamer bleek een balkon te hebben.

Cons:

De douchecabine was erg smal en daarmee minder confortabel.

Pros:

La localización del hotel bastante bien, no está lejos del centro y es muy fácil aparcar en la zona, el restaurante y el bar de maravilla, un trato cordial y cercano. La tortilla de cecina con queso de cabra está bastante buena

Cons:

Por alguna razón, no había escobillas, ni pasta de dientes y usan el típico dispensador de jabón multiusos desagradable. La recepcionista no me informó de cómo se hacía el check out, no sabía ni hora y no encontraba la información por ninguna parte, al llegar dijo, lleva la tarjeta contigo para entrar y si llegas por la noche y está cerrado sigue las instrucciones del cartel de fuera, funcional pero un poco seco y directo, no me convenció mucho, honestamente.
