Um paraíso
Pros:

Um sítio maravilhoso, calmo e tranquilo.
Atendimento espetacular.

Content, même si on espérait beaucoup mieux.
Pros:

Très belle vue des chambres.
Personnelles très très gentils et maitrisant plusieurs langues.

Cons:

Restaurant assez cher avec beaucoup de plats indiqués sur la carte mais indisponibles en cuisine.
Manque d'entretien dans les installations. ( Serrures des baies vitrées de la chambre non fonctionnelles, Assise WC non appropriée, Lampe de chevet ampoule défectueuse, etc.......... )
Situation géographique. L'hôtel se trouve à l'extrémité d'une route en cul de sac, ce qui oblige pour ce déplacer dans l'île de Madère de faire à chaque fois une dizaine de Km en route de montagne pour rejoindre le réseau routier principal.

Séjour parfait , très bel hôtel.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner moyen , café pas a notre goût croissants pain au chocolat idem.
Seule fausse note de notre séjour. Personnel au petit soin , très bon confort , on recommande !

Pros:

Ich habe das Hotel wegen seiner Lage gebucht und es war grandios.
Das Personal war im Grunde sehr freundlich und das Zimmer recht schön.

Cons:

Leider war das Frühstück extrem schlecht, täglich gleich, fad und lieblos. Der Kaffee war genau so mies.
Während dem Frühstück kam das Personal zum putzen durch, auch offene Türen zu Versorgungsräumen sind nicht förderlich.
Der vorhandene Pool war von 9uhr bis 19uhr zugänglich, schlechte Zeit für eine Wanderinsel.

Perfekte Unterkunft für tolle Aussicht, schöne Wanderungen und gutes Essen.
Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Für das Frühstück gab es ein umfangreiches leckeres Angebot. Wir haben auch abends im Restaurant gegessen und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Gerichte waren wieder sehr lecker, die Kellner sehr freundlich und schnell!

Cons:

Der Schwarztee aus dem Kaffeevollautomaten hat leicht nach Kaffee geschmeckt.

A localização é muito bonita mas muito isolada.
Adorámos o Jacuzzi.

Poucos canais de TV
Pequeno Almoço pode ser mais variado
Sauna e banho Turco deviam estar incluídos no preço e o horário deve ser alargado, pelo menos até às 20/21h

Amazing family trip in the mountains for 4 days!
Pros:

Most amazing location of Madeira! In the middle of the mountains! Calm, nice place. Cool pool and jacuzzi. Resto and snack bar almost always open. Spacious family room and huge balcony. Nice staff.

Cons:

I was personally afraid of the last piece of road to and from the hotel but experienced drivers shouldn’t be afraid.
The sauna and hammam cost 10 euros unfortunately and i think they are never in use ;) but for the rest all was fine, even the “pricey” restaurant.

Un hôtel parfait pour la vue mais les allers retours en montagne restent fatigants
