Sehr herzliche und freundliche Begrüssung an der Reception.
Die tolle Architektur und stilvoll möbliert und wunderbare Lage und wohltuender Park, ein Kraftort.
Wunderbares Teehaus und Teegarten.
Schnelle Bedienung im Restaurant.
Grosses Frühstücksbuffet aber Achtung, sehr freche Spatzen auf der Terrasse.

Cons:

Es wäre schön, wenn das Hotel einen Shuttle Service anbietet für umweltfreundliche Gäste, die mit dem Zug und Bus anreisen. Wir mussten bei 33 Grad und sehr hoher Luftfeuchtigkeit mit unserem Gepäck den Berg hochmarschieren, das war sehr unangenehm so verschwitzt im schönen Hotel anzukommen.
Es war auch sehr unangenehm, dass trotz der grossen Hitze die Badezimmer geheizt werden.
Schade, dass die Autos unter dem Balkonen durchfahren.

Once is enough
Pros:

We went there because of the fascinating history of Monte Verità, of which there were some traces. The place was clean, the WiFi was without problems and the restaurant was quite good. The view of the lake was spectacular.

Cons:

The room was not well equipped. There was no minibar, no bottled water, no slippers, no TV, and no hair conditioner. Most upsetting was that we were not permitted to park on the premises but were made to park down the hill due to some event that they were hosting, making us trek back to the hotel after parking. The buildings and other remnants of the original Monte Verità colony were not well marked nor all open for visiting. The staff were friendly and helpful but few communicated in anything other than Italian. All in all, I'm glad we came here once but we will probably not return.

Cambien la foto de las habitaciones que venden.
Pros:

No sé que decir tras el incidente. Me podria haber gustado todo si desde el principio no hubieran pretendido darme gato por liebre.
Todo lo que anuncian es fantástico pero no se corresponde con lo que pretenden encolomarte.

Cons:

Que lo que se anuncia no es ni po asomo lo que pretendian darme. booking anuncia el edificio Bauhaus y me llevaron a una habitación de un hostel en un socabón de la colina ,a 38 grados y sin aire acondicionado. Para que me diera una lipotímia!! Eso no era bueno para la salud.Tras mi enfado descomunal porque pagaba 260 euros por dos noches SIN desayuno, reaccionaron y me cambiaron a un apartamento cerca del hotel principal que estaba bien para mi sola. Sin aire acondicionado pero como estaba alto se podia aguantar. Me cambiaron porque informé que participaba e iba a concurso en el festival de cine y que iba a tener una rueda de prensa donde poder contarlo. Pongo regular porque reaccionaron y me cambiaton, pero no pueden poner esa foto y después de noche a la 1 de la mañana que es cdo llegué, llevarte a ese 'hostel', eso no está bien. Ahora rectificar es de sabios!

Pros:

Die Aussicht. Und nette Gastfreundschaft.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, aber was das Hotel vielleicht im Griff haben sollte ist diese Plage mit den Vögeln. Die Fressen dir wortwörtlich das Essen vom Teller und das ist unappetitlich und unhygienisch. Ansonsten war es sehr lecker! Vielleicht sollte das Servicepersonal die leeren Teller schneller abräumen vom Tisch, sodass die Tiere keine Chance mehr haben etwas zu holen, sodass mann das Problem einwenig minimieren kann.
