Sehr gut! Etwas verschenktes Potenzial, zB bei der Dachterasse, da wäre es schön zb eine Bar zu betreiben. Umgebung, Restaurant und Charme der Zeit 1A!

die Lage: ein Traum
der Frühstücksraum: grandios
die Architektur: konsequent Bauhaus
das Design: puristisch

Cons:

beim Schallschutz muss man Abstriche machen.
Leider gibt es Gäste, die rauchend auf dem Balkon stehen. Was grundsätzlich erlaubt ist, aber man wird zum Mitraucher :(

Pros:

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Balkon und direkten Blick auf die Brissago-Inseln.
Die Lage ist top, wenn man es gern etwas ruhig und naturnah mag. Für uns war der Aufenthalt dort eine Wohltat für die Seele.

Das Standard Zimmer war im Nebenhaus weiter unten und viel zu klein, man konnte sich kaum bewegen.
