Що готель який я бронюю підтверджує замовлення на один адрес, а в особисті пропонує інший, він більш комфортніший за умовами так як має 4* але я бронювала вже двічі саме 3 * так як він за адресою близько до аеропорту, але ні разу там не ночувала. З плюсів, те що доплатити не просили за кращі умови… За це дякую
Помешкання вдало розташоване. Чисте і охайне. Компетентний і привітний персонал. Смачний сніданок.
Погана шумоізоляція: у кімнаті чути всі переміщення і розмови, які є в коридорі.
It was clean, accurate, no trashes anywhere, the view from the window was perfect, the bed soft, and the covers clean, no smokers around.
The wc door was broken, so closing it from inside is trapping. There is no elevator and no personnel to help with heavy bags.

Відсутність ліфта, немає персоналу котрий міг би допомогти з важкими валізами та підняти їх, якість сніданку, трішки були запахи в ванній кімнаті.

Нет лифта и все идут с чемоданами по ступенькам, не комфортно!!!

Бронювання просто скасували в день заїзду та намагалися пересилити в готель на іншому кінці міста.
