Muy buena opción en Toledo
Pros:

Todo. En especial saber de las escaleras mecánicas para subir al Toledo historico. No había en mi visita anterior. Ellos me informaron

Un detalle. No me informaron del café cortesia. Lo descubri solo, fuera del horario de recepción

Habitacion tranquila, cama comoda, buena ducha, hotel silencioso a pocos minutos de la Puerta de la Bisagra. Super limpio. Muy recomendable

Cons:

Sin parking y zona de aparcamiento para residentes. En Toledo siempre es complicado el tema del coche, pero bueno... Ya contabamos con ello.

Hospedaje acogedor y bien situado.

Ubicación y habitación acogedora.

Cons:

No tiene guarda maletas, falló el acceso por la noche al hospedaje, pero llamamos al videoportero y se solucionó y esa noche no fuimos los únicos, estábamos justo encima de la entrada y ha más de un cliente les pasó lo mismo.

niets op te merken over de kamer zelf: netjes en comfortabel

Cons:

Het grote probleem was het inchecken. Eenmaal binnen moesten we ons via een videoverbinding richten tot een medewerkster, die ons een code gaf voor een kamer en de buitendeur. Toen we die kamer betraden, bleek ze bezet door iemand anders! Opnieuw video met de medewerkster: nieuwe code, nieuwe kamer, ditmaal oké. Maar we waren op onze hoede en probeerden de buitendeur terwijl één van ons binnen bleef: geen toegang met de verstrekte (tweede) code! Voor de derde keer video, ditmaal met een mannelijke medewerker; nogmaals een andere code en toen lukte het tenslotte wel... Je houdt het niet voor mogelijk dat een hotel zo kan flateren!
