Extreme geluidsoverlast van restaurant en naast liggende discotheek, niet kunnen slapen en het hotel na een overnachting noodgedwongen moeten verlaten. Personeel toonde geen begrip (we kunnen het hotel niet verplaatsen!)
Toen we een tegemoetkoming vroegen voor de kosten van de geboekte resterende periode van ons verblijf, alleen een intimideerde mail van het management als we een negatieve beoordeling zouden geven! Italiaanse hospitality!!
