Top notch stay. We were there four nights and couldn’t fault anything from the well appointed rooms, the wonderful breakfast to the superb staff. Every need of ours was taken care of.
We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing – so attentive, friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and nothing ever felt like too much trouble.
The location is perfect, right on the main strip in Camps Bay, with plenty of great restaurants and bars within easy walking distance. It was an ideal base for our time in Cape Town and we would definitely stay here again!

Attention to detail was excellent. They noticed it had been my birthday the week before and had a note and bottle of champagne in the room when we arrived - very thoughtful. They also bought hot water bottles at night - which was amazing for warming up after the cold winter days/ nights. Alice also bought me a cold pack noticing my knee was not in good shape. Amazing and friendly team, beautiful rooms and fantastic location on the best beach with wonderful views.
If I had to say something bed was a little too soft for us. Also need a motion sensor light if you get up to go to the bathroom in the night as the bed is on a raised platform so to facilitate safely stepping down and stepping up.
Staff were very friendly, always happy to help and service was always great.
