Food served with mould on it. Staff were agressive when clearing the tables. Bed uncomfortable.

La camera avrebbe avuto bisogno di almeno uno specchio (era presente solo in bagno) e disposizione della tv (seppur non utilizzata) comunque non comoda per la fruizione

schöner Urlaub in einer wunderschönen Anlage mit schulungsbedürftigem Personal.

Sehr schönes Zimmer und Badezimmer. Sehr gepflegte Anlage.

Cons:

Pool bei der Ankunft von Flugsamen und Blättern bedeckt, da der Wasserspiegel über den Skimmer reichte. Prompte Beseitigung des Problems, nach Reklamation unsererseits.
Umfangreiches, aber qualitativ mäßiges Frühstücksbuffet mit wenig Abwechslung.(Billigsalami und - schinken.)

Camerele mari si spatioase, renovate cu bun gust si stil, pastrand aspectul original, cu note moderne.
Personalul de la receptie foarte bine pregatit.
Curtea foarte frumoasa si foarte ingrijita.

Restaurantul lasa de dorit. Calitatea servirii a fost foarte slaba, am asteptat jumatate de ora sa ni se ia comanda. Calitatea mancarii a lasat de dorit, mai ales pentru preturile relativ ridicate pe care le aveau.

We loved the hotel and want to return to this paradise many more times.
Pros:

The Villa is a dream location, very pleasant and with a movie-like setting. The room was very comfortable, the breakfast was complete, there was parking for guests, and it also has a great restaurant. We want to come back with more time to better enjoy everything the hotel offers.

Cons:

The area doesn't have many things to do nearby, but the hotel itself is worth the trip for relaxation and enjoying the accommodations.

Reggeli nekünk parádés volt, a helyiség is, a kiszolgálás is. Feleségem nem fogyaszthatott bizonyos dolgokat, de azonnal ugrottak és csináltak neki személyre szabottan. A szállás és a környezete is lenyűgőző környéken van. Reggel csak ámultam és bámultam milyen szép a környék(este sötétben értünk oda). Ha valaki Toscanai hangulatra vágyik itt megtalálja.
