Personnel très sympathique, le petit déjeuner et la situation geographique.
Le bruit car mauvaise isolation sonore. La porte métallique de l’entrée du bâtiment (non celle de l’entrée principale de l’hôtel) était particulièrement bruyante et ne permettait donc pas un sommeil profond.
What more is there to say? This was our fifth stay at this hotel, which ranks among our top three favorite places to stay in Italy. And it just keeps getting better. The welcome is increasingly friendly (thank you, Federica and colleague—especially the "ragazza" who once again assisted us during our early morning departure, complete with a delicious breakfast to go!). The breakfast has been improved and expanded to include à la carte options (served by the same friendly lady as in previous years). Furthermore, the hotel continues to excel thanks to its cleanliness, a very comfortable bed, spacious room, a fantastic location (in equally fantastic Bergamo!), and an excellent nearby parking garage. We look forward to our next visit!
We had already noticed last year that the air conditioning in our room (two-level family room) wasn't quite up to the task. That is likely why there was a fan in the room this time, to help circulate the cooler air more effectively. Given that this hotel scores so well in so many other areas, we are happy to overlook this minor inconvenience...

Das Hotel ist hochpreisig. Man kann zu diesem Preis nicht ein Schild auf den Frühstückstisch stellen und dem Gast mitteilen, dass nur 2 Kaffee bestellt werden können. Der dritte nur gegen Aufpreis. Das Frühstück ist für diese Preisklasse nur durchschnittlich.
The hotel was right in the heart of Bergamo's old town. The room was spacious and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We hope to stay at this hotel again!

De locatie is geweldig! Midden in de oude stad. Het personeel bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam, met uitgebreide informatie over wat er allemaal te doen en te zien was. Het ontbijt was heerlijk.

Very nice boutique hotel in Alta Bergamo 10 meter from the main street. Very good standard, good breakfast and nice people.
