Beautiful historic yet modern hotel. Right in the centre of the old town.
Pros:

Brilliant hotel, beautifully modern yet beautifully historic. Great facilities, clean and tidy and a great powerful shower! Lovely A/C bedroom. Car park around 100m down the road. Breakfast was great!

Cons:

Can be difficult to find, pretty sure I got a fine driving down a restricted road. Might be worth considering sending guests detailed instructions before arrival.

Tutto semplicemente perfetto! Tutto nuovo e curato nei minimi dettagli!
Personale a dir poco fantastico: tutti estremamente competenti e gentili!
Ho avuto la sfortuna di soggiornare in questo hotel avendo l’influenza e mi è sembrato di essere quasi a casa.
Colazione non estremamente varia ma di qualità davvero alta (per esempio, lo yogurt fatto in casa era buonissimo).
Qualità e competenza dappertutto e una posizione perfetta a Bergamo alta. Spero di tornarci presto!

Verzorgd boutiquehotel ,centraal gelegen, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
Pros:

Smaakvol ingerichte kamer met aandacht voor verlichting.

Cons:

Toegang tot het hotel niet eenvoudig ( gelegen in de middeleeuwse bovenstad) , zelfs GPS kreeg het moeilijk, maar goed telefonisch begeleid door vriendelijke receptioniste.

Exceptional hospitality!
Due to a flight delay, we arrived after midnight and received such a warm and friendly welcome from the night porter. He even organized some snacks for us despite the late hour. Truly outstanding hospitality and a wonderful start to our stay. Thank you so much!

Personnel très sympathique, le petit déjeuner et la situation geographique.

Cons:

Le bruit car mauvaise isolation sonore. La porte métallique de l’entrée du bâtiment (non celle de l’entrée principale de l’hôtel) était particulièrement bruyante et ne permettait donc pas un sommeil profond.

Even after 7 years... still one of our favorite hotels in Italy!
Pros:

What more is there to say? This was our fifth stay at this hotel, which ranks among our top three favorite places to stay in Italy. And it just keeps getting better. The welcome is increasingly friendly (thank you, Federica and colleague—especially the "ragazza" who once again assisted us during our early morning departure, complete with a delicious breakfast to go!). The breakfast has been improved and expanded to include à la carte options (served by the same friendly lady as in previous years). Furthermore, the hotel continues to excel thanks to its cleanliness, a very comfortable bed, spacious room, a fantastic location (in equally fantastic Bergamo!), and an excellent nearby parking garage. We look forward to our next visit!

Cons:

We had already noticed last year that the air conditioning in our room (two-level family room) wasn't quite up to the task. That is likely why there was a fan in the room this time, to help circulate the cooler air more effectively. Given that this hotel scores so well in so many other areas, we are happy to overlook this minor inconvenience...
