One of the special hotels we stayed in. Located in a magical area in the old town of Bergamo, really close to everything. Our room was very beautiful and comfortable. Pleasant lighting and bright windows. Quality soaps, coffee machine. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were quality and nice. The staff at the reception was very kind. Excellent breakfast, everything was very tasty and high quality. And we could choose a hot drink to order and a hot dish. We will definitely be back!!

The staff were good at their jobs. they could have been more friendly. We didn’t really have many smiles from the staff

Our bedroom was absolutely beautiful and the location was perfect. We had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very good.
