A few issues revolving around under staffing but would 100% come back and totally recommend to anyone thinking of bookin
Pros:

Location is beautiful. Spa such a good find. Staff super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Felt very understaffed. Staff that were on were super friendly, super helpful and so nice.
Long delays from ordering to receiving the food. More than a few tables in the restaurant and service really seemed to suffer.

Personally we had a couple of issues with our meals BUT they were recognised immediately and dealt with superbly.

Mistakes happen and we are totally fine with that but the manner in which they are dealt with matters and they were dealt with rapidly and professionally

Overall a nice stay - the room was a bit disappointing for that price.

Cons:

I dont recall ever staying in a smaller room and it was out the back of the hotel which was a bit noisy - as was the fire door next to our room that banged when people passed.

Adequate for our purposes, didn’t spend much time there.
Pros:

On first appearance, Hotel itself is dated, but this seems to be a common theme in the area. Spa is good. Location has good views but need a car to access. Food is top quality. Jack at the bar is the main man. Breakfast was terribly slow but likely staffing issues again a common theme.

Cons:

Dated decor, expect lower price for that reason. Shower had dirty grout again a common thing we saw on our travels. Likely short staffing/ training problem which could be easily solved.

Das Haus ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Sehr alte Ausstattung und überall sehr alter schmutziger Teppichboden.

We had a wonderful time overall, and would happily return again.
Pros:

Exceptional location and views, with a fantastic spa. Excellent breakfast and we were amazed at the restaurant food quality, which is deserving of a Michelin guide notice - there was no need to eat anywhere else! Staff were all friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room size is left to be wanting, and the bed was far too small for the two of us - only a regular double, which is barely large enough for one adult man. Obviously the building has some constraints, but this room (which also had no view) should really only be given to a single traveller.

Pros:

Tout! Personnel très attentionné, chambre confortable, excellent choix au petit-déjeuner comme au restaurant, atmosphère agréable et bien sûr un spa avec une vue imbattable.
L'hôtel accueille également les chiens.

Basic 'courtyard view' small double was very comfortable and good value for money but I wish I'd upgraded to a sea view room.
