Gutes Frühstück und standardisiertes Zimmer
Pros:

Das Frühstück war herausragend. Die Vielfalt des Buffet war toll. Das Zimmer war Standard, sauber und für eine Nacht ausreichend.

Die Lage und der Blick auf den kleinen Hafen und die umliegenden Berge sind schön. Gut machbare Entfernung bis Storslett.

Die Check-in und Check-out- Modalitäten waren absolut nervig. Wir wurden per Mail mehrmals aufgefordert, online einzuchecken. Das hat nicht funktioniert, auf eine diesbezügliche Nachricht/Rückfrage ans Hotel erfolgte keine Reaktion. Wie uns später klar wurde, hätten wir für den Online -Check-in extra eine App aus dem Google Play Store installieren müssen (einen entsprechenden Hinweis des Hotels gab es nicht). Im Hotel angekommen, war niemand an der Rezeption, auch zur dort angegebenen Zeit tauchte niemand auf. Den Self-Check-in mussten wir zunächst abbrechen, da wir im Laufe des Vorgangs zur Zahlung per Kreditkarte aufgefordert wurden, obwohl unser Aufenthalt bereits im voraus über Booking.com bezahlt war. Erst etwa 1 Stunde später erhielten wir darüber plötzlich per Mail eine Rechnung, so dass der Self-Check-in endlich funktionierte. Nach der Abreise wurden wir dann weiter mit Bewertungsaufforderungen bombardiert ("Wir haben bemerkt, das Sie noch nicht ..."). Unglaublich. Fazit: Nie wieder Reisafjord Hotel!
