Pros:

We traveled as a group of four friends and booked two family rooms. Everything was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable, and the location is close to everything.

But most of all, a huge thank you to Anastasia, who welcomed us with such warmth and kindness. She was always happy to help us with directions and recommendations, always with a smile, laughter, and such a pleasant attitude.

I wish everyone were as wonderful as Anastasia!

Cons:

i alergic to cats and it was cats in the area of the lobi but i stayed wayay from them. and the brrakfast was the same all day without changes.

Moc pěkný rodinný hotýlek, moderní pokoje, příjemný bazén a výborné snídaně.
Pros:

Velmi příjemný menší rodinný hotel s krásným moderním zařízením, příjemnou koupelnou, čistý, snídaně výborné. Příjemný bazéni s restaurací - perfektní, velká spokojenost. Vzdálenost od moře asi v pohodě. Přiletěli jsme už dopoledne a jen asi hodinku jsme čekali, než byl pokoj připraven, což je tedy super, velká spokojenost. Na recepci usměvavá Anastazia :-)

Very good place to stay in Faliraki. The adjacent restaurant Eteon is one of the best.
Pros:

The property is renovated and the size of the room was spacious, nice pool area and bar. Very good breakfast with various options. Location of the hotel is very convenient, close to the beach and one of the best beach bars.

Cons:

There are some design flows - we stayed in an apartment on the ground level, that is actually two connected rooms and one of the room is without window, very dark and gloomy. There is no ventilation in the bathroom, the wifi connection is very bad or missing.
The coffee from the machine at breakfast is not good and if you want a nice espresso you should go and buy it from the pool bar or somewhere nearby.

The staff at the hotel: cleaners, breakfast restaurant staff & the staff at the pool restaurant were very friendly and helpful as we were travelling with a toddler. Was lucky to be able to keep the room until 18:00 as a late check out.

Příjemný hotel na skvělém místě! Doporučuji!
Pros:

Hotel má vynikající polohu, je to kousek na pláž, skvělá poloha k podnikání výletů městskou pohodlnou dopravou. Kousek do obchodů. Určitě bych velmi pochválila hotelový bar - skvělá obsluha a vynikající jídlo (zkoušeli jsme i jinde), ale tady je to TOP! Na hotelu výborné snídaně, čistota, klid, žádný hluk. Milá, příjemná paní recepční.

Cons:

Co by se mohlo zlepšit: obsazená lehátka u bazénu. Pořád obsazeno - osušky na lehátku a 2-3 hodiny nikdo.
Pochopím když se jde někdo najíst k baru, ale nechat je tam a jít si nakupovat, nebo prostě odejít (ano to se stávalo) bylo nemožné najít více než 2 lehátka neobsazená. Dále je prostor ke zlepšení pána na recepci, mohl by se od své kolegyně učit - třeba být milejší, empatický, nebo se trochu usmát. Byl strohý, formální, nic navíc neřekl. Dále jako velké mínus vidím absenci sušáku, není kde sušit mokrý ručník po sprchování, nebo plavky z pláže. A "výhodný transfer" domluvený na letiště (domluvený na recepci) za 40 euro, mi moc výhodný nepřišel :-(
