מאד בינוני

בצוות אדיב ומנסה לעזור

Cons:

כשמזמינים את המקום יש לחפור היטב באתר ואז מגלים שאין שירות חדרים. אם מעוניינים יש לשלם למקום 35 אירו ליום. בערב שהגענו לא היה מים חמים. אין קבלה פעילה אחרי שמונה בערב . התקשרתי ושלחו נציגה שלהם שהתנצלה שהמים החמים סגורים והמתנו עוד שעה למים חמים.
ארוחת הבוקר מאד מצומצמת וקטנה. לא רק בנוגע למבחר אלא כמות האוכל ששמים במגשים מתאים אולי ל 2 אנשים.
למי שחשוב,חדר הכושר קטן .לא מאוורר ולא ניתן להתאמן שם. המלון שולח לחדר כושר בפלכאו כמובן בתשלום נוסף.אין בריכות או משהו דומה שמתאים לילדים אז לא מומלץ כלל למשפחות אלא אם נוסעים לאחת התרמות באיזור.
אם הייתי יודעת את כל הפרטים האלה לא הייתי מזמינה את המקום הזה

מלון מצויין. חדש ונקי מאד! מאובזר כלי מטבח כיריים, קומקום ומקרר. יש חניה צמודה ללא תשלום. ארוחת בוקר משביעה הכל טרי .
Excellent hotel. New and very clean! Equipped with kitchen utensils, stove, kettle and refrigerator. There is free parking nearby.
Varied breakfast. Everything is fresh.

החדר הראשון שקבלנו בקומת הקרקע היה מיושן וקטן, באדיבותו של ניקולס העבירו אותנו לחדר גדול יותר עם תוספת תשלום, אך המטבחון היה קטן וממש לא נח לחיתוך סלט למשל..
המלון נותן שרותי נקיון בתוספת תשלום , כמו כן מגבות, נייר טואלט צריך להחליף בקבלה שעבורי היה ממש לא נח, ובבוקינג אין עדכון על זה או הסבר על סוג המלון והשירותים המדוייקים שמקבלים או שלא מקבלים, עשיתי סטאז' בהפרדת סוגי זבל , אני בעד, אך לא שאני בחופשה והפרטים האלה לא באמת מודגשים בבוקינג ..

Der gesamte Aufenthalt war wundervoll! Beginnend mit dem liebevollen Empfang und der außergewöhnlichen Anlage, konnten wir die Tage sehr genießen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker (Saft selbst machen mit dem Entsafter - starke Empfehlung), der Ausblick ein Traum und die freundliche Atmosphäre ließ uns gut zur Ruhe kommen. Da wir öffentlich angereist sind, war es wunderbar, Fahrräder ausborgen zu können. Die Lage ist sehr toll, es fehlte uns nichts.

Cons:

Es war alles wunderbar. Es gibt nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat. Für Allergiker vielleicht eine schwierige Reisezeit (Pfingsten), aber das hat nichts mit der Unterkunft zu tun!!

Modern en stijlvol Aparthotel met een heerlijk ontbijt!
Pros:

Heel modern en verzorgd Aparthotel met kamers in typisch Oostenrijkse stijl, dit op wandelafstand van de lift en après-ski. Heel uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet met lokale en verse producten, we kwamen echt niets tekort. Heerlijk!
Leuke speelfaciliteiten in de kelder voor de kids. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en enthousiast. Zeker een aanrader. We komen hier graag terug…
