Pros:

Staff were outstanding! Wish I had everyone's name so I could give compliments. But helpful and polite. Helpful with advice on time for port, offer fair taxi service to port, offer free coffee while you wait to go to port. Hotel is immaculately clean. Pool is very nice and refreshing....and super clean. Would recommend this place. Would stay here again.

Pros:

The room was very clean and modern. The staff were extremely kind and accommodating. They provided us with restaurant recommendations and places to visit when we checked in. Nice and close to restaurants!

Era super perto do terminal de autocarro apenas 5 min a pé e muito perto do centro de Fira 5 min a pé
Os empregados eram todos muito simpáticos, no dia do check out (às 11h) permitiram nos deixar as nossas malas o dia todo pois só tínhamos voo à noite, e ainda pudemos usufruir da piscina com direito a toalhas e duche

Excellent!
Pros:

Location and services are excellent! Especially the one-day tour is a highly recommended must-join tour for the first time visitors. Quiet room and air-conditioning works well. Free coffee and tea for guests, 24-hr reception service. Very nice staff!

Cons:

No breakfast but you can get freshly baked breads from a bakery nearby.
The wash basin is located outside the bathroom, need some time to get used to it, but no issues for us.

Pros:

Absolutely brilliant location, great value, love the dip pool. Nice touch with coffee served fresh

Cons:

Maybe a few essentials, shampoo, conditioner and cream. The blind was very light, so the street light kept room bright at night and early morning

Short but sweet stay, would stay again!
Pros:

The room was clean and welcoming, very nice decor. I was hoping it would have more of a view. There is a peek a boo view of the sea from the area just outside the door. Bed was comfy, AC worked well. It was a good size for 1 person,it might be tight for 2 people unless they pack light.
Welcome bottle of water in the fridge and coffee bar in the lobby. I enjoyed a complimentary ice coffee my last day.
The location is within walking distance of the plaza, Prehistoric Museum and really the main area of Thira. Store on the corner to buy water and food, abundant restaurants nearby, and I noticed a laundry service was also close by.
Also,the staff is great at communicating when I was delayed and had to adjust my airport transfer time and day.

Cons:

The hotel was great,but being in the proximity of the main plaza means some noise. There was dance music that came on during the night. Not like in the next room, but definitely the thumping of the beat could be heard. I did not get up and open the door to see how loud it was or where it was coming from. It was Saturday night...not sure if it is like that every night. If you're a light sleeper,plan accordingly.
