Cons:

Les lits adultes sont dans un très mauvais état, on ressent les ressorts du matelas dans les côtés, ils grincent. Les lits pour enfants également ne sont pas confortable. Quand ma fille de 5 mois bougeait dans le lit on entendait le bruit du lit à barreau .le lit à barreau de la fille de 3 ans aussi n’était pas confortable, elle s’en ait plein. Les transats etaient plus confortable que la literie

I will never come at this hotel - you can choose it if only you like eating chicken all day.
Pros:

1. Check in and check out were faster and very clear.
2. enough sunbeds for everyone
3. Beach was 2 mins away from the room
4. Fatma from kids club was amazing, my daughter liked her very much.

Cons:

1. Entertainment team was disappointing - there where only few announcements in the bathroom's walls with the entertainment programs, there where no one coming to tell you about which will be the programs, where will be the activities, some of them where never done (eg: Zumba), they were playing the same songs over and over, for 7 days I have heard the songs all day. Usually, they were staying and looking at the people, and this was all day long. - disappointing.
2. Food - the food was tasty, but no variety. Each day was chicken cutlets and fish, after 7 days eating the same thing now, I don't want to see chicken and fish on my plates.
3. A la Carte restaurant - we have chosen the Carpe diem restaurant - disappointing. The food did not have any taste, it was awful and the biggest thing which disappointed us was the fact that the drinks need to be paid in this restaurant, even though that it was the same drink from the bar which was free.
4. Parking - we refused to use the valets as we have had some issues in the past in another hotel and from here the storm begun. They have parked our cars in the beach parking lot, the keys remaining on them. From that point of time, in the beach parking lot, they have moved our car from on spot to another in the same parking lot more than 10 times, with no reason. I have confronted the Relations manager and he had no answer. Also, they did not allow us to park our cars in the front of the building we were staying with the excuse that that parking lots are used for check in and check out, even though there were cars parked there from our arrival till the end of our vacation (this was because we did not slip any cash on their valet's pockets) - very disappointing.
5. There was only cleaning at surface.

Bu otele 4. gelişimizdi. İlk kez 2 çocukla (3 yaş ve 2 aylık) bir tatil yapacağımız için bildiğimiz bir yer olsun istedik ve yine memnun kaldık.

Tüm çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Rezervasyonumuz standart oda olmasına rağmen 2 çocukla geldiğimiz için büyük bir aile odası verdiler. Resepsiyon sorumlusu beyefendiye çok teşekkür ederiz, çok yardımcı oldu (ismini hatırlayamadım, eşi Denizli'li ama 😅).

Mini club ekibi değişmiş, yeni oyun ablamızı da çok sevdik. Oğlumuz Selim'in çekingenliğini atması için çok yardımcı oldu, çok pozitif ve güler yüzlüydü.

Tadilat geçirmiş otel, çok daha güzel olmuş. Ayrıca snack bar'ın çalışma süresi çok uzatılmış, bu çok iyi oldu. Her an yiyecek çok lezzetli şeyler bulabiliyorsunuz. Snack Bar demişken oranın görevlilerinden Roni'ye de çok teşekkür ederiz, yine çok ilgili ve samimiydi.

Her yönüyle çok memnun kaldığımız çok sevdiğimiz bir otel. Özellikle çocuklu aileler çok rahat edebilir. Bu yaz 2 kez daha rezervasyonumuz var.

Cons:

Genişletilmiş olmasına rağmen restoranda yine kahvaltı ve akşam yemeklerinde yer bulmakta zorlandığımız oldu. Akşam yemeğinde ızgaraların olduğu bölümde de çok sıra oluyor, belki oraya bir çözüm bulunabilir. Bunlar da her otelde olabilecek şeyler zaten, tatilimizin tadını kaçıracak hiçbir şey yoktu.

exceptional stay
Pros:

all-inclusive and not messy at all. great food choices but highlight of trip was staff everyone i mean everyone is doing their best to help you and guide you. pools are great and you need to put your towel early to hold a sunbed at pool. right on beach and sun beds available.

Cons:

beach is bit rocky, and for me there was nothing else what i didn't liked.

Pros:

Нам дали номер с видом на море, расположение отеля в оживленном районе, еда очень вкусная, пляж из малких галек, територрия маленькая, но ухоженная и чистая.

Cons:

Для пользования сейфа потребовали дополнительную плату, не дали карточки для полотенц при регистрации, свежевыжитый сок платный, а соки в автоматах были плохого качества словно разбавлены водой.
