Pros:

I loved the location, the building was beautiful and the room was a little home. It had everything. The staff was were friendly anf welcoming.

Posizione ottima soggiorno ottimo
Pros:

La struttura si trova in un’ottima posizione. L’anno scorso mi è capitato di stare in una stanza ai piani superiori in cui era presente la moquette e non era molto pulita, mentre quest’anno a livello di pulizia è andata molto meglio, nessuna moquette presente.
La cucina era utilizzabile e aveva molte stoviglie

Good budget hotel.
Pros:

It's cheap (for London!), clean and functional. The Aircon was great and the shower was decent sized and powerful. The hotel is ideally placed for Queens, Olympia or just Kensington in general.
We arrived early and were able to leave our bags with the concierge while we went out for the day.

Cons:

The ensuite felt like it needed a bit of a spruce up, cracked tiles on the floor and a sink that took forever to drain. It all worked, just not as well as you'd like.

Withholding Deposit - be careful
Pros:

It's located perfectly for why we were there - just a short taxi ride away.

Cons:

Parking was a problem - in the street you could only stay for a maximum of 9 hours. I was only given one key card so every time my friend went out for a cigarette I was left in the dark with no electric. But the very worst thing was the staff lied in order to keep my deposit. I argued my case but they were not giving in and this made the stay extremely expensive. I had another Simply Rooms hotel booked for next week which of course I've cancelled and will not use them again.

Dated but room generally clean
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Expensive for room I had. Which had no window. Looking at a wall. Duvet too warm! 10.5 tog in summer in a warm airless room was unpleasant and it wasn’t even that warm outside
