Small and poorly maintained room close to train station
Pros:

Location was fairly good as you are within walking distance to two train stations

Cons:

Flithy, Grime and limescale around appliances, tapa, shower head.

Showed dirty and full of limescale kettle to Staff at reception. Was told its not dirty in a rude manner. I guess definition is quiet different for two of us.

Alt i alt et fint opphold. Ville bodd der igjen, men er et par ting som gjør at det trekkes ned fra helt perfekt.
Pros:

stort rom, masse kjøkkenredskaper så man kunne lage seg mat. Samt hårføner, aircondition.
Ganske nærme west kensington togstasjon, så det tok ikke lang tid inn til sentrum.

Cons:

Varmeovnen funket ikke, det var kaldt mange ganger. Det var også veldig lytt. Itillegg til en del fukt på badet. Så det tok lang tid før badet ble tørt igjen.
Housekeeping gjorde ikke så mye annet enn å re opp senga og gi nye håndklær. Kastet ikke søppel, ryddet og vasket rundt rommet.
Måtte også betale 100€ for depositum som vi syntes var en del.

Great value for money
Pros:

Great room. Very comfy.

Cons:

The pre check in 100£ damage deposit request was a bit suspicious at first, but they refund it after check out in the same day. All good.

A very poor experience, with strange and unhelpful reception
Pros:

The location was ideal

Cons:

One of my party arrived at the hotel and upon entering the room they noticed the curtains were completely hanging off the rail. They notified reception and they said someone would be up to fix it by 21:00, not ideal as this hotel was booked last minute due to late working hours and an early morning start, so an early night was not possible which was the sole purpose for the room. No one had arrived by 21:30 and then we noticed that the safety latch on the window was broken meaning the window could be opened all the way, we did not feel safe in this room one bit and it all just seemed a bit strange.
We ended up having to find another hotel elsewhere as the reception were not helpful

Great location
Pros:

great location for the venue. Friendly and helpful staff on desk

Cons:

The flooring in the room creaked and moved underfoot. In front of the bathroom door the flooring moved so much it was broken. The room was clean but tired and could do with a little TLC

Great value, good location
Pros:

Great location, very convenient for Olympia. I was given a twin room which was reasonably spacious and had a small kitchen area with sink and microwave. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot and powerful. There's very little not to like.

Cons:

Expect an additional online check-in procedure and a £100 refundable deposit to be taken. There were a few worn places in the room, but that's not really a problem at this sort of price point.
