Pros:

This was the second time I stayed here and would highly recommend. I stayed in a lovely room at the back which was so quiet you couldn't believe you were in London. ( The room at the front last year felt the same) Staff are lovely and unobtrusive. Great shower ( needed after walking in London) and Aircon a godsend in this weather. My go to place when in London from now on.

Nice stay in quiet & safe area near London Central
Pros:

Hotel is in a very nice & safe area outside of London central, close to two tube stops. The room was comfortable for two friends to stay in. There was a hair dryer/kettle etc in the room. Décor was nice and facilities good.

Cons:

I didn't like how we had to pay a deposit not managed through booking.com. The room looked like it hadn't been fully cleaned as there was dust under the bed and I found an old water bottle behind the curtain. The safe in our room also didn't work.

Todellisuus ei vastannut kuvia eikä lupauksia, huono vastine rahalle.
Pros:

Ilmastointi toimi kuten luvattu, ulkona oli kuitenkin parhaimmillaan +34 astetta.

Cons:

Huone ei vastunnut tilaamaamme, upgrade perushuoneesta suiteen, joka oli hyvin kaukana siitä. Meille annettiin ensimmäisen kerroksen huone (nro 4), jossa oli kokonaan teipattu ikkuna. Toisin sanoen meillä ei ollut näkymää ulos lainkaan. Heti ikkunan takana olivat roskalaatikot.
Viemäri haisi koko ajan, tyynyt olivat aivan littanat (saimme uudet valitukseni jälkeen). Vuoteen (140 cm leveä) patja oli aivan kamala, jouset tuntuivat alla koko kehon matkalta. Huonekalut erittäin vanhat ja kuluneet sekä myös likaiset.
Jouduin itse pesemään suihkukopin, ennen kuin uskalsin mennä sinne. Onneksi huoneeseen oli jäänyt Mr. Muscle pesuaine. (ilmeisesti siksi, että vieras saa itse siivota huonetta)
Huoneen lattia jousti kuin trampoliini, oli hyvin likainen ja todella kuhmurainen. Epäilen, että huoneessa olli tapahtunut jossain vaiheessa vesivahinko, eikä sitä ole sen jälkeen remontoitu. Tullessamme vessan pöntön istuin ei ollut kiinnitetty (kiinnitettiin pyynnöstämme)
Saapuessamme lakanat olivat veriroiskeessa (!), ne kuitenkin vaihdettiin pyynnöstämme. WC-harja oli todella likainen, kuten suihkun pää (ruskean ja keltaisen koko värispektri löytyi)
Lampun varjostimet roikkuivat ja kattovalaisimesta puuttui yksi kpl varjostimia.
Yleisesti ottaen, kaikki huonekalut, listat jne olivat hyvin kuluneita ja likaisia. Huone on joskus 90-luvun alussa varmasti ollut ns.suite, mutta nykyään hyvin kaukana siitä. Henkilökunta koitti parhaan mahdollisen kykynsä mukaan palvella meitä, mutta tällaisessa toimintaympäristössä asiakkaan pitäminen edes vähään tyytyväisenä on täysin mahdotonta.

Bookingissa annetut kuvat ja lupaukset eivät todellakaan vastanneet todellisuutta.

The location was very quiet and very close to the event we were attending

Cons:

We were told when we checked in that our room had problems with the toilet and it didn't flush. They couldn't give us a different room as the hotel was full. The room was worn, grubby and the floor tiles in the bathroom were loose and chipped. The bed was very worn.

Overall the hotel is passable, but could improve by better maintenance.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Location is good. Aircon was nice to have. Bed linen was clean. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel room was not well maintained. The sink didn't flush quickly, a bedlamp was not working, another lamp lacked a lamp cover, etc.
