Pros:

ホテルの駐車場に停められなかった（高さ制限）のですが、ホテルの向かいに平置きの駐車場がありご紹介頂き、停める事ができて良かったです。横浜駅に近くてチェックイン14時、チェックアウト11時でゆっくり過ごせました。ウェルカムドリンクも種類が豊富で終日頂けました。大浴場に行けなかったのは残念でしたが、部屋の浴槽は広くて使いやすかったです。

Cons:

エレベーターで上に行きたくてボタンを押して、開いたので乗ると下に降りてしまって…その逆もあり使いにくかったです。ドライヤーがセットする風量がなくて使いにくかったです。

宿泊費が安かったので嬉しかった

かなりのリピーターか
Pros:

駅から割りと近いしコンビニが隣？大浴場があるのでかなりのリピーターです。毎回エレベーターの階数がわかりにくと思ってましたが、今回ドアの上に表示されてるのを初めて知りましたが明るい表示だとわかりやすいのに。女子の大浴場の脱衣場に水分補給用の紙コップがおいてありますが、今回は機械の上に重ねてありました。前回まではマグネット式のものでしたが何度も落下したり何個も出てきたり使いにくく最近は使わないでいましたが、改善されたとおもいます。たまたまスタッフがいらしたのでその旨お伝えしておきました。連泊しても毎日お掃除やベッドメイキング等のサービスはかなり有難く嬉しいです。

Cons:

ドアの開閉時にきしむ音がする。円形鏡の上の電灯がたついてましたが我々がこわたのではなく最初からでした。

Pros:

3人房行李都可以打開，由橫濱站西口出來經過高島屋走大馬路，10分鐘內可到達飯店。
附近AEON超市開到23:00很好買(AEON和唐吉激安都離飯店不遠)，如水果，晚餐等。
櫃檯人員服務很好，櫃檯附近有行李磅秤。
巷口全家旁的拉麵店還不錯。

お部屋の広さ、清潔さ、サービスなど全てにおいて満足です。
Pros:

ウェルカムドリンクコーナーや、アメニティも充実していた。大浴場も気持ちよかった。ダブルベッドが苦手なので、ツインのベッドがありがたく、ソファコーナーもありゆったりとした部屋でよかった。

Cons:

ちょうど混雑する時間帯だったのかも知れないが、人が多く大浴場での着替えや洗い場もそそくさと済ませる様になった。もう少しリラックス出来るとなおよかった。
