睡眠さえ得られれば良いホテルだったはず
Pros:

大浴場が良かったです。清潔でゴールデンウィークの滞在でしたが混雑もなく快適でした。

Cons:

とにかく部屋の中での異音が酷くて、小学生の子供まで煩いと夜中に目が覚めてしまった。
なんの音かは不明ですが、機械音のような音が少し静かになったらまた煩くなってを送り返し。
旅先で快適に眠れないのはまいります。子供は初めての旅行だったのでとても残念でした。

ルーム清掃のレベルが素晴らしい。
Pros:

連泊でしたが、館内はもちろん、毎日お部屋の清掃が行き届いていてとても気持ちよく利用できました。リネン類だけでなく部屋着も毎日交換していただけたことが有り難かったです。滞在中自由に利用できたドリンクサービスや大浴場にRefaのドライヤーが用意されていたことも嬉しかったです。大変お世話なりました！

Cons:

3度利用しましたが、大浴場の床が髪の毛が多く少し気持ち悪かったので、ゲストでも自由に使えるSwiffer dry mopなどが立て掛けてあると便利かなと思いました。アパホテルなどのように、ルームシアターは無料かつもっと種類が豊富だと連泊者には有り難いです。

Sehr gutes Hotel mit hervorragende Ausstattung.
Pros:

Wundervolles Unsen und sehr freundliche Personal. Tolle Ausstattung und super Frühstück.

Cons:

Zimmer als Doppelzimmer etwas klein. Wahrscheinlich typisch für Japan.

Freundliches Personal, gute Lage mit Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäften in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft, wenige Gehminuten zum Bahnhof Yokohama.

Cons:

Enges Zimmer, Fenster konnte nicht geöffnet werden, Klimaanlage laut, Bett eng, kein Schrank, kein Stauraum, keine Ablagemöglichkeiten.
