То что написано что он около море вон в центе города
كل اشي كان نظيف وطعام لذيذ
היה ממש מושלם מכל הבחינות הצוות הנוחות האוכל והפינוקים בכל שעות היום,
ישנם שני דברים שכדאי לשפר
1. נראה שקיבלתם אורחים הרבה מעבר ליכולת התפוסה של המלון כך שנאלצנו להמתין מחוץ לחדר האוכל כמה פעמים ואף באחת הארוחות נתבקשנו באמצע הארוחה לפנות את השולחן ולעבור לשולחן אחר קטן יותר,
2. אני אדם נכה ונאלצתי בכל כניסה לחנות מחוץ לשטח המלון , דבר שהקשה עלי מאוד וגרם לי טירחה,
נראה כי שלוש ארוחות צפופות ביום זה מכביד מאוד,
לדעתי אפשר לוותר על ארוחת הצהרים ובתמורה לכך להעשיר יותר את ארוחות בוקר וערב,
במהלך היום נראה שאפשר ואף רצוי להסתפק בפינוקים הרבים שהמלון מעניק לאוחים,
המלון די מיושן , לא נקי לחלוטין, הבריכה ,השירותים הכל מאוד מלוכלך, גם בלובי הכל מלוכלך ולא נקי .
השירותים בבריכה פשוט היו מסרילום מקקי, היה חושך הדלת תקועה ופדוש היה בלתי אפשרי להיכנס לשם, כל המשפחה חטפנו וירוס שלשולים .
קיבלנו חדר פונה לאחור ממש מעל המנועים של המזגנים ,היה ממש רעש ולא היה ניתן לסגור את החלון עקב כך שהיה תקול .
בחדר אוכל היינו צריכים כיסא תינוק,כל הכיסאות היו ממש מלוכלכים,אז בעלי ביקש מזה שבכניסה לנקות או לקבל מגבון הוא אמר שאין לו והוא לא יכול לזוז, בעלי פנה למטבח לקבל מגבון ,יצא איש שמסר אני טבח מה אתה רוצה ,ביקש ממנו רק נייר להרטיב במים שיוכל לנקות את הכיסא, ההוא סירב .
האוכל בינוני מינוס.

נחמד שהיה הכל, הבריכה אחלה, המנהלת של שירות הלקוחות נהדרת וקשובה
בשישי ושבת הרבה דברים היו סגורים והילדים מאוד התאכזבו, לא היו פיצות ולא הוופל הבלגי שהיו אמורים להיות חופשיים כל היום, לא היו רב הזמן
המלון נוח קטן ונעים עם ילדים זה מצויין ההכל כלול והבריכה סבבה
החדר גם יפה ונעים ומסך ענק ממש נוח
זה יותר למי שלא מחפש יוקרה או חופשה זוגית זה פחות שווה...
אבל כן המחיר וההכל כלול היה שווה את המלון
אין משחקיה טובה לילדים הרוב עולה כסף ואין ג'ימבורי או תעסוקה
בחדר הדוש היה שבור קצת לא היה נוח נפל על הראש
והלובי יחסית ישן ...לא מושקע
האוכל סביר לא ואו... יש חומרי גלם טובים רק נראה שלא ממש יודעים לעבוד איתם וחבל ...
The food
The place was dirty not kept windows were broken on the side of the pool. Windows had bird poop on it the sink in the room was broken and old the bathroom. The bathrooms by the pool were Filthy and stunk can't even go inside for two days straight. The dining area floor was dirty and we had to wait half hour just to go in for breakfast. Check in was a half hour wait as well.
