לכבוד צוות Herbert Samuel Hotel Eilat,
רציתי לשתף בחוות דעתי לאחר האירוח שלנו במלון השבוע.
נהנינו מאוד מהשהות במקום, ויש בהחלט הרבה דברים טובים שראויים לציון.
המלון נקי מאוד ומתוחזק ברמה גבוהה, החדרים נעימים והאווירה הכללית טובה ומזמינה.
המיקום מצוין ונוח מאוד, קרוב לטיילת ולכל מה שצריך במהלך החופשה.
גם האוכל היה טעים, מגוון ומוגש בצורה יפה ומכובדת.
בנוסף, חשוב לי לציין לטובה את צוות המלון – קיבלנו יחס אדיב, שירות נעים וזמינות טובה מצד צוות החדרים ושאר העובדים, וזה בהחלט תרם מאוד לחוויית האירוח שלנו.
עם זאת, היה חיסרון משמעותי מאוד שפגע בחוויה – נושא החניה.
למלון אין פתרון חניה מסודר ונוח, ובאילת זה מורגש במיוחד.
הגענו עם תינוק קטן, ולכן כל ההתעסקות סביב חיפוש חניה, מרחקי הליכה, ציוד ועגלה הייתה לא פשוטה בכלל והוסיפה הרבה קושי ועומס מיותר לחופשה. מעבר לעלות הכספית של החניה, זה בעיקר פגע בנוחות ובחוויה הכללית שלנו.
לסיכום, נהנינו מאוד מהאירוח ומהמלון עצמו, אך נושא החניה הוא נקודה משמעותית שכדאי לתת עליה את הדעת כדי לשפר עוד יותר את חוויית האורחים, במיוחד משפחות עם ילדים ותינוקות.

AMAZING food !!!
Three meals a day plus pizza and pastas and ice cream and posicles and fruits by the pool, belgian waffles, alcohol, bar with coffee machine 24/7.
Staff is super friendly.
Pool super clean.
Can't wait for him to take me again :)
