Pros:

Location is absolutely brilliant. The hotel is just a few steps away from the tram station. This is the most affordable way to explore Istanbul. The staff were extremely friendly , always helpful and going above and beyond to be warm and kind. This great hospitality really set us of to a wonderful stay in Istanbul. The free hammam and sauna was also brilliant.

Cons:

Although not the hotels fault, i was scammed at the tram station next to the hotel which left a bitter taste. Beware of these scammers hanging around. There was no pool or hot tub facilities. Either than that there is absolutely nothing I can say that is Uninviting.

Personalul foarte amabil. Felicitari personalului, in special lui Emire de la receptie. Locatia foarte aproape de Grand Bazar

Pros:

Location and Breakfast.

We stayed as a family of five for five nights and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast options were truly exceptional — special thanks to the team for preparing my 4-egg-white omelette fresh every morning. We especially loved the şakşuka and acuka/acika among the spread. A special mention to Ms. Sadiye for her warm welcome each morning; it really set a positive tone for our stay.

Cons:

The TV could do with an upgrade to enable Netflix, Disney etc.
