Exceptional Stay in the Heart of Istanbul
Pros:

Great hotel in an exceptional location, within easy walking distance of all the major attractions in Istanbul’s Old Town. The customer service was excellent, and the staff were consistently friendly and welcoming. I would especially like to recognize Gonca Karahan, who greeted guests every morning in the breakfast area with a warm smile and genuine kindness. She made each day start on a positive note and truly enhanced our stay. Highly recommended!

Superb location with smiles and friendly 5 star service
Pros:

Location is perfect with tram on the doorstep. Gucu at the concierge desk and Mustapha were super helpful. Urgu at reception was also amazing at helping with information, room changes, etc. Service is perfect.

A very nice place
Pros:

The location is perfect, tram is just in front, metro is within walking distance. Lots of cafes and restaurants are around, many shops and stores.
The staff is very nice, friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The furniture and rooms are rather old, there are many cracks and scratches, some parts are almost broken. So, perhaps some refurbishment is required.
