DoubleTree By Hilton Istanbul - Old Town

I had an amazing stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul - Old Town during my visit to Istanbul. The service was truly outstanding from the moment we arrived until check-out. Every staff member was welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The team made us feel comfortable and cared for throughout our entire stay.

The hotel is in a perfect location, making it easy to explore the beautiful Old Town and many of Istanbul’s famous attractions. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the breakfast offered a great variety of delicious options. What stood out the most was the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail from the staff, who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul and would definitely stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for such a wonderful experience!

The staff were friendly great location clean and well maintained

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. It was very quiet and all of the staff were very hospitable. Especially Gonca at breakfast who always remembered us and took care of everything we needed. We will definitely come back to Istanbul and this hotel next time.

The building was in pristine condition, breakfast was phenomenal, and hospitality out of this world. Gonca Karahan ensured we were taken care of during our entire stay and was so kind! Furthermore, Bulten made sure we felt at home during our stay and was so professional the entire time. Both of them are the reasons I will be returning to this hotel!

Good location and food. Staff not so friendly. First time I was served with torn towels even after complaining. 2 out of 4 nights I saw torn linens are served. The average score because of the average experience as opposed to a high expectation from a double tree by Hilton.

The location was very convenient, close to the main attractions and easy to reach. The staff were polite and helpful, and I really appreciated that they allowed me an early check-in. The room was clean and comfortable.

I spent a wonderful week at the Doubletree by Hilton, Istanbul Old Town. The hotel is ideally situated as a base from which to explore and the staff are without doubt some of the finest I’ve experienced with Hilton globally.

As a special mention, I would commend Gonca Karahan for the warmest smile, friendliest greeting and genuine desire to help start the day with the most positive intent!

We are currently on our fifth or sixth stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Istanbul - Old Town, and once again we are absolutely loving this hotel. Over the years, it has become like a second home for us whenever we visit Istanbul.

The staff here is truly outstanding, and I would especially like to recognize Concierge Gonca Karahan. She has been taking care of us for the last six or seven years and has always gone above and beyond to make our stays comfortable, smooth, and enjoyable. From arranging excursions to ensuring our room is perfect, she handles everything with professionalism and kindness. One thing very important to us is having enough water in the room, and she always makes sure we are well looked after in every way possible. We highly recommend her services.

I would also like to mention the excellent staff members Murat and Murat — both are wonderful — along with Elena, Manager Serkan, Oguzhan Durgut, Adnan, Yusuf, Furkan, and especially Mustafa, who works outside the hotel. Mustafa is always eager to help; yesterday he even went out of his way to arrange and load our tram transportation cards for us.

Honestly, we have no words to fully thank the people here for their warmth, hospitality, and care. Every stay has been memorable because of this amazing team.
