Good stay but with a few hiccups
Pros:

Overall it was a good experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the facility was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We used the pool, which was also clean and well kept.

Cons:

We stayed for 5 days and only received maid service once — and only after we requested it. Even then, the service was minimal: they emptied the trash, replaced the towels, and made the bed, but didn't vacuum the room or clean the mirrors, bathroom, or counters. Breakfast was below average, with the same limited selection every day.

Pros:

Room was pretty decent except for a couple of things that did not work.

Pros:

We stayed in a 2 room suite with our teenage kids and it was very comfortable and the breakfast was really good. It was really close to shopping and stores and a nice location.

* Friendly and professional service from Kristen at check-in, who handled our special room requests despite a busy front desk.
* Welcoming lobby with comfortable seating.
* Large, spacious room with plenty of room to move around comfortably.
* Clean common areas, including the hallways, pool area, and fitness room.
* Room was generally clean, with well-maintained carpeting, bathroom, and bedroom areas.
* Staff responded promptly to concerns and successfully resolved the television issue.
* Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and remained well-stocked throughout service.
* Excellent shower with strong water pressure and consistent hot water.

Cons
* Persistent burnt-food odor in the room that was not fully resolved during our stay.
* Sticky, greasy residue around the stove area suggested incomplete cleaning.
* Heated pool was out of service.
* Bedroom television was not functioning upon arrival.
