Pros:

We stayed in a 2 room suite with our teenage kids and it was very comfortable and the breakfast was really good. It was really close to shopping and stores and a nice location.

* Friendly and professional service from Kristen at check-in, who handled our special room requests despite a busy front desk.
* Welcoming lobby with comfortable seating.
* Large, spacious room with plenty of room to move around comfortably.
* Clean common areas, including the hallways, pool area, and fitness room.
* Room was generally clean, with well-maintained carpeting, bathroom, and bedroom areas.
* Staff responded promptly to concerns and successfully resolved the television issue.
* Breakfast offered a wide variety of options and remained well-stocked throughout service.
* Excellent shower with strong water pressure and consistent hot water.

* Persistent burnt-food odor in the room that was not fully resolved during our stay.
* Sticky, greasy residue around the stove area suggested incomplete cleaning.

Great area good restaurants within walking distance

I wouldn’t stay here again due to the hot tub not working properly. If you don’t need or want the hot tub, it’s a decent
Pros:

The location was great and breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

We specifically chose a hotel with a hot tub after a long trip so we could relax. The hot tub wasn’t much warmer than the pool and wasn’t even really warm, definitely far from hot. It was a huge disappointment after selecting a more expensive option so we would have hot tub access.

Pros:

Our room was quite large.

Cons:

The room was very dated. Needed many upgrades and repairs. The furniture was ripped, drawers did not close, closet floor was filthy. The tub in the toilet were not very clean. Our TV did not work. The hot tub was filthy in the next day it was drained.
