Cons:

Preenchi o cadastro pela internet enviado por vocês e no check-in não foi localizado. O café da manhã constava ser servido até às 10:00. Cheguei às 9:50 e às 10;00 tudo começou a ser retirado e os faxineiros começaram a limpeza. Às 10:05 nada mais estava disponível. Um total desrespeito aos hóspedes. Nunca me aconteceu isto em nenhum hotel onde me hospedei. A entrada no refeitório fecha no horário previsto e os hóspedes podem terminar sua refeição normalmente. Me senti ENXOTADO

Boa, mas com ressalvas ao quarto disponibilizado.

A limpeza, localização, cordialidade dos atendentes, café, Tudo bom.

Não gostamos do fato de ter ficado em um quarto adaptado para PCD, sem que tenhamos necessidades para o uso dele.
Nos foi alegado que na hora da reserva pelo Booking foi marcado a opção PCD. Isso não foi proposital, na verdade não foi percebido a escolha. No meu entendimento o hotel não deveria disponibilizar na plataforma essa opção sem a solicitação de que irá reservar, pedimos para trocar e não foi atendido, o banheiro não tem box e fica tudo molhado, pedimos toalhas de piso e eles não tem esse item, até para quem é PCD a adaptação do banheiro é ruim, não tem onde colocar sabonetes e shampoos por exemplo, o espaço da abertura da porta e a distancia das camas não permite a movimentação de uma cadeira de rodas. Agora a questão que fica é: no caso de ter disponibilizado essa acomodação pra nós uma pessoa PCD não teria onde ficar?

Interminable checkin despite pre-checkin

A day before our arrival, we received an email asking us to check in online so that the process at the front desk would go faster on the day of arrival—or so the email claimed. We had checked in online since we were arriving in the middle of the night and wanted to save time, but the check-in at the front desk ended up taking another half hour even though we were the only ones checking in. There was no water in the room, which is crazy since the water in Brazil isn’t drinkable. Luckily, we had a water filter with us; otherwise, we wouldn’t have been able to brush our teeth. The next day, we noticed there was a small shop in the hotel—so why wasn’t that mentioned during the interminable check-in process? The price didn’t match the price on the booking; they ended up asking for more money under the pretext of the exchange rate, but when we looked it up online, the exchange rate wasn’t nearly that high. But hey, at 2:30 a.m., you just pay because you want to go to sleep quickly. There was only one towel per person in the room, which is ideal for people without hair—which isn’t our case. You can’t get breakfast to go if you’re leaving early, which is really a shame.
