きれいなホテル
Pros:

駐車場のおじさんがとても親切で気さくな方だった。
入浴は朝までいつでも入れることが良かった。

セキュリティ観点から仕方ないが1階以外はルームキーが必要なこと

除了洗手間內沒有洗手盆，其他都非常滿意。
Pros:

酒店靠近札幌車站，前往不同景點甚是方便。客房清潔舒適，價錢合理。

Cons:

若房間內多一個時鐘會更好。還有洗手間跟浴室分開，但洗手間內沒有洗手盆（因為住過某些酒店也是洗手間和浴室分開，但洗手間內有洗手盆，即使洗手盆再細小，也是比較方便）如廁後不能立刻洗手，不太衞生。

Pros:

ホテルの中も部屋も清潔で、とてもおしゃれで快適でした。部屋は少し狭いですが、2泊だけだったので問題なしでした。ロビーは広く、とても良い香りがして、リラックスできました。いつでも飲めるコーヒーマシンや浴場があるのも助かりました。

Cons:

テーブルに置いてあったコンビニ袋のゴミが片付けられてなかったのが不満でしたが、それ以外は特に無く快適に過ごせました。

非常棒的的服務人員，特殊情況能及時處理，原本訂3人，但因其他原因需要單人先入住，工作人員能即時處理較為特殊的狀況，先讓報到的那一人先入住，等待其他人到了，也能順利處理
