Ispod nivoa koji se ocekuje od hotela ovog ranga. Nije 4*.

Bazen je lep.

Cons:

Osoblje je bilo veoma neljubazno i neprofesionalno. Komunikacija je bila loša, a odnos prema gostima ispod nivoa koji se očekuje od hotela ovog ranga. Parking se placa dnevno i jako je skup. Takodje u hotelu se sve dodatno naplacuje.

A very Americanized hotel
Pros:

If you don’t mind taking public transport to the city, I highly recommend this hotel. I also thought the breakfast was amazing. This is one of the few hotels I have stayed at in Europe that had hotel waffles, and they were really good!

Cons:

Unfortunately there was construction going on outside in the pool area, so it was a little loud if you open the windows in your room.

Schönes Hotel mit Topverbindung nach Venedig
Pros:

Die Lage ist einfach top - der Bus nach Venedig hält direkt vor dem Hotel - Busticket gibt es an der Rezeption. Sehr gutes Restaurant mit nettem Außenbereich und sehr freundlichen und bemühten Mitarbeitern. Schöner Garten mit großem Pool. Parkgarage mit 10€/Nacht sehr moderat.

Cons:

Balkontüre (französisches Fenster) läßt sich nur kippen, nicht öffnen - hätten gerne mehr Luft im Zimmer gehabt.
Das Frühstücksbuffet wirkt wie im Sparmodus - nur das Notwendigste für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie - Mini Kaffeetassen, nur Schnittkäse, kaum Gemüse,...man wird tadellos satt, aber es wäre schon ausbaufähig bei einem Zimmerpreis von über 300€/Nacht. Auch die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers ließ diesmal zu wünschen übrig und hat uns noch Spuren der Vorgänger hinterlassen. (Zahnpasta am Türstock, Toilettensauberkeit, Waschbeckensyphon). Trotz dieser kleinen Mängel hatten wir einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden das Hotel auch wieder buchen - wenn es die Preise nicht noch mehr anzieht :-)

We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

The hotel is very nice and clean . Everyone at the front desk and in the restaurant ( we enjoyed our breakfast) was very friendly and helpful. We'll definitely come back .

Enjoyable stay
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable & very clean. Good selection for breakfast but didn't vary much each day. Dinner menu limited but good quality. Staff were very helpful & friendly.

Cons:

The location wasn't great but close for Venice. The outdoor pool was not heated & not available to use at the time of year because it was not warm enough & not heated. Spa restricted to over 16, travelling with a 14 yo this was unfair.

水龙头的水温有点不稳定，有时候很难找到合适的温度。洗手池的水龙头水压非常大，不小心打开可能会溅一身水。

Frühstück war ok.
Zimmer war sauber.

Cons:

Die Lage des Hotels an einer sehr befahrenen Straße, wir hatten ein Zimmer zur Straße, nachts konnten wir die Autos hören, auch die Klimaanlage war sehr laut, wir haben schlecht geschlafen.
Bei dem Preis für eine Übernachtung sollte man meinen, man hätte ein bisschen mehr Comfort.

그나마 호텔앞 버스정류장이 있는점

Cons:

부킹닷컴에서 예약한 호텔이 연락이 안되어 대체숙소로 안내받아 어쩔수 없이 8박이나 있었는데, 최악이었어요.

체크인 할 때부터 보증금이 호텔측 실수로 두번이나 결제해 가고 체크아웃후 3일이 지났는데도 환불도 안해줘요. 2인이라 숙박비가 비싸서 더치페이 했는데, 친구는 보증금 2번에 조식을 두번이나 빼가고, 체크아웃할 때 정산해 준다하고 했는데 3일이 지나도 보증금 100유로만 환불되었어요.

친구 보증금과 조식대금 초과결제분은 환불도 안된 상태에서 3일이 지난 시점에 한사람 조식+도시세를 카드로 자동인출해 갔어요.

룸 청결상태도 엉망이고, 바닥청소를 안해서 먼지때문에 콧물, 재채기 달고 살았네요.
(침대위 천장에 거미있고, 수건도 오염된거 줘서 사진 찍었어요)

1박당 조식포함 50만원 넘는 숙박비를 받으면서 4성급 호텔이라고는 믿기지 않을만큼 관리가 소홀한 호텔입니다. 오류분 환불문의해도 데스크직원은 서로 떠넘기고, 체크아웃때 정산이 된다고 했는데 3일이 지나도 소식이 없어요. 원래 후기 안쓰는데 저희같은 사례가 없기를 바라며 남깁니다.
위치도 너무 안좋아요. 메스테레역까지 버스로 20~25분 걸리고, 로마광장까지는 15분 정도 걸려요.
호텔주변에 아무것도 없어요. 절대 비추, 비추천입니다.
