odličan hotel ukoliko se na proputovanju ili želite posjetiti Veneciju.
Pros:

odličan doručak, super lokacija, jako dobro povezano sa Venecijom. Izuzetno ljubazno osoblje. Mogućnost kupnje karte za bus ili vlak za Veneciju kao i brod na recepciji hotela.

Cons:

polog za eventualnu štetu nije potrebno naplačivati jer hotel ima dovoljno vremena za kontrolu sobe prije odlaska.

المكان شرح كبير ، تستطيع الوصول للبندقية عن طريق الباص بيسر وسهولة .. انصح به للزائرين للبندقية بدل ما تتغربل بتنقيل الشنط بالجسور داخل البندقية تستطيع تاخذ هذا خصوصاً للعوائل الخليجية

It’s okay for a quick visit to Venice

Pros:

Prachtig hotel met een heerlijk zwembad en perfecte bedden. Binnen 8 minuten met de bus voor het hotel sta je in Venetië. Genoeg parkeergelegenheid tegen betaling in de garage onder het hotel.

Muy bien para una escala y estar cerca del aeropuerto.
Pros:

Muy buen lugar para pasar una noche cerca del aeropuerto. Trato amable, buenas instalaciones. Buen desayuno buffet. No está en una zona como para salir a caminar o pasear durante tu estancia. Lo bueno es la cercanía al aeropuerto y su puntual servicio de transporte gratuito.

Cons:

La zona en la que está el hotel no tiene servicios turísticos alrededor.

EN PRINCIPIO UNA ESTANCIA AGRADABLE QUE TERMINÓ DE MANERA DESAGRADABLE
Pros:

La habitación y las instalaciones en general, impecables. La atención del responsable de la recepción durante el check-in, y la de la persona que me atendió en el spa.

Cons:

Fundamentalmente, un incidente en la recepción durante el check-out que describo a continuación:
Me permití fumar un cigarrillo en el baño de la habitación, considerando que el olor desaparecería rápidamente (un error por mi parte).
Al realizar el check-out, la señorita que me atendió me dijo que tenía que ponerme una MULTA de 80€ por haber fumado en la habitación. A lo que respondí muy educadamente que hiciera lo que creyese conveniente pero que yo no podía aceptar una MULTA del hotel.
En ese momento apareció el responsable de recepción, quien sin mirarme tan siquiera a la cara hizo una indicación a la persona que me atendía y dándome la espalda desapareció de inmediato.
Finalmente, se me aplicó un recargo (desagradable sorpresa) de 100€ en concepto de "smoke fee".
Mi valoración de estos hechos:
1- El hotel en ningún caso puede aplicarme una MULTA. En todo caso, podría indicar que si se infringe la norma (y si se considera necesario o conveniente...) se aplicará un recargo de determinada cantidad.
2- Estimo que el comportamiento de la persona responsable de la recepción en aquel momento fue muy poco profesional y hasta insultante hacia mi persona.
Les agradecería una respuesta a mi comentario por su parte.
