Staff courtesy was poor, breakfast spread was monotonous, it doesn’t look like 5star hotel. Food options are limited
Room provided to us was in order. The bedsheet were neat & intact
Washroom was clean.
When we entered the room, it appeared that it had been closed and unoccupied for quite some time.
There was a strong musty smell, similar to the odor you notice when a room has remained locked for an extended period.
I requested the staff to inspect and address the issue, but no action was taken.
