I have never had such horrible customer service.
Pros:

The property is good but I have had the worst experience trying to get an invoice from them. Getting an invoice is my right and as a chain of hotel is your duty to provide. I have never had such horrible customer service.

Front Desk Attention very nice although management was not kind with our request of moving one night earlier

Cons:

We requested a change to our stay dates through the platform, which was allowed subject to hotel approval, but management refused the request. This showed a clear lack of empathy and flexibility toward guests. It did not meet the international standards usually associated with the Radisson brand. The hotel condition felt poorly maintained, the Wi-Fi barely worked, and the air conditioning had a bad smell.
