Excelente estadia!
Pros:

Ficamos uma noite em conexão para Bariloche, excelente atendimento, nos foi inclusive oferecido o café da manhã nos apartamentos antes do horário do hotel pois sairíamos antes do horário de início do café da manhã do hotel.

Pros:

El personal es muy amable, el servicio de desayuno es bueno y abundante y podes elegir la hora en que te lo traen. El hotel es bastante pequeño, me imagine un lugar mas amplio y no tiene estacionamiento lo que me complicó un poco ya que fui en auto.

Cons:

Y particularmente la habitación amplia cómoda pero no tiene buena insonorización (las ventanas no poseen doble vidrio) por lo que en días habiles es muy dificil no escuchar todo el ruido de la calle y el descanso no es optimo.

Imposible descansar por el ruido de la construcción

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante.

La habitación que me asignaron estaba justo frente a una obra en construcción, con un ruido constante e intenso que hacía imposible descansar. Informé el problema inmediatamente después de ingresar a la habitación y solicité un cambio, pero me indicaron que no había otra habitación disponible.

Ante la imposibilidad de solucionar el problema, me vi obligada a abandonar el hotel el mismo día y reservar otro alojamiento. No llegué a pasar la noche en este hotel.

Lo que más me decepcionó fue la falta de una solución adecuada frente a un problema que reporté de inmediato. Entiendo que una obra puede ser ajena al hotel, pero los huéspedes deberían ser informados previamente o alojados en habitaciones que no estén directamente afectadas por el ruido.

Lamentablemente, esta experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado y no recomendaría este hotel mientras continúen las obras en esas condiciones.
