Imposible descansar por el ruido de la construcción

Lamentablemente, mi experiencia fue muy decepcionante.

La habitación que me asignaron estaba justo frente a una obra en construcción, con un ruido constante e intenso que hacía imposible descansar. Informé el problema inmediatamente después de ingresar a la habitación y solicité un cambio, pero me indicaron que no había otra habitación disponible.

Ante la imposibilidad de solucionar el problema, me vi obligada a abandonar el hotel el mismo día y reservar otro alojamiento. No llegué a pasar la noche en este hotel.

Lo que más me decepcionó fue la falta de una solución adecuada frente a un problema que reporté de inmediato. Entiendo que una obra puede ser ajena al hotel, pero los huéspedes deberían ser informados previamente o alojados en habitaciones que no estén directamente afectadas por el ruido.

Lamentablemente, esta experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de lo esperado y no recomendaría este hotel mientras continúen las obras en esas condiciones.

Wonderful stay in Palermo. Very well located and with all the amenities you need at a hotel. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was super complete and the staff were very nice and accommodating. Will return!

Tamanho quartos, camas e banheiros.

Acústica ruim, barulho de rua, corredores e outros quartos prejudicando sono. Deu a infeliz coincidência de jogo de copa o que acentuou o problema. Cafe a partir de 7:30 apenas servido no quarto. Muito ruim pra conexões. Há uns 20 min de carro do aeroporto.
