Wenn das Zimmerreinigungspersonal besser wäre, könnte man sich einen weitern Aufenthalt vorstellen.
Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, da die U-Bahn in fünf Minuten zu erreichen ist. Das Zimmer war gut ausgestattet. Das Frühstücksbüffet war in Ordnung und das dortige Personal sehr freundlich bemüht und flink.

Cons:

Beim Eintreffen in das Zimmer bemerkte ich sofort, das der Teppichboden nicht gesaugt war. Es erforderte dreimaliges Melden in den darauffolgenden Tagen, bis es geschah. Der Balkon war unbenützbar, da er von Tauben komplett verdreckt war.

Gerne wieder
Pros:

Feines Hotel in verkehrsgünstiger Lage.
Unser Miniappartment mit Wohn/Schlafraum und kleiner Kochecke wirklich sehr schön.
Balkon zur Hofseite...na ja dafür aber sehr ruhig.
Diese Unterkunft werden wir bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Hamburg wieder wählen.
Personal sehr hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Großzügige TG auch für SUV gut geeignet.
Direkter Zugang zu den Zimmern.
Der Preis mit 40 € pro Nacht ist europ.Spitzenplatz.
Wussen wir aber schon vorher.

Sehr gut, aber mit kleinen Macken.
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und eignet sich ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Besonders positiv aufgefallen sind uns die sehr saubere Küche und das gepflegte Badezimmer. Außerdem war eine Waschmaschine vorhanden, was für Familien sehr praktisch ist. Insgesamt war alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Familienaufenthalt benötigt. Und natürlich Pool

Cons:

Einige Punkte könnten verbessert werden. Die Teppiche sollten gründlicher gereinigt und vorhandene Flecken entfernt werden, da dies den Gesamteindruck der Unterkunft beeinträchtigt. Auf den Balkonen befand sich zudem viel Vogelkot. Hier wäre es sinnvoll, Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, um die Balkone sauberer zu halten.

Das Frühstück empfanden wir als deutlich zu teuer. Das Angebot und die Qualität standen aus unserer Sicht nicht im angemessenen Verhältnis zum Preis.
