Modern, comfortable and spacious stay in a very interesting and trendy area of Venice. Loved it
Pros:

Very comfortable, modern and quiet hotel in a great area of Venice. Close to the vaporetto and train stations. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Really lovely place. Big and comfortable rooms. The bed was huge and very good mattress. We had such good night sleep there

Cons:

The lady serving breakfast is a little rude. Can easily offend the guests.

Hotel caro, mas muito bom!

Gostei muito do quarto e da atendente que fala espanhol, se não fosse por ela teríamos nos perdido na cidade e perdido nosso passeio, pois ela explicou tudo muito bem e nos tratou de forma especial

Wonderful stay. Would go back again!

Great location, 1 min walk from guglie bridge. Air conditioner throughout lobby and rooms was a relief this week with hot temps. Room was lovely colors, cool and clean. Service was warm, friendly and attentive.

Le charme de l'ancien avec le confort moderne

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le professionnalisme et l'accueil du personnel. Is ont su répondre à nos demandes avec pertinence et nous ont donné des conseils avisés sur Venise. L'hôtel est une parfaite alliance entre le charme du grand siècle vénitien et le confort moderne. Par ailleurs, il est idéalement placé à quelques minutes de la gare. Le petit-déjeuner servi dans le grand salon était bon.

Cons:

Le frigo dans la chambre un peu bruyant mais cela reste un détail

Professional staff and beautiful facilities
Pros:

The hotel staff is very professional. You can arrive walking from the station or the parking lot. Great restaurants nearby. The main lobby/restaurant is beautiful.

Cons:

It doesn’t have a lift but the staff helps you out with luggage.

All up, a lovely place I would recommend and return to again.
Pros:

The hotel was lovely in many respects. Excellent location in terms of surroundings and getting to other places. Very nice and helpful staff. The rooms were very clean, and the shower was lovely (this is one of my key criteria in selecting a place to stay). The air conditioning was also very welcome at the end of the day.

Cons:

The main disappointment was the breakfast. The fruit salad looked tired; the yoghurt was very ordinary (no Greek yoghurt); the bread was the 'standard' sliced bread with the crusts cut off (never understand why that is done!); the scrambled eggs were lukewarm at best, and there was no possibility of having other forms of egg. Beyond breakfast, the Wifi was OK but not excellent (I struggled to download larger files for work, for example).

Fantastic stay!
Pros:

Friendly staff, comfortable bed, great pillows, great breakfast, great location, big bed, big bathroom, surprisingly great water pressure, beautiful boutique hotel.

Cons:

Not a negative but more a note to future guests: The entrance is not obvious to find so make sure you look for an understated entrance with a gold sign not far past the bridge.

Fab stay in Venice
Pros:

Arriving late we were met by a warm welcome which extended throughout the day. The room was spotless as was the rest of the hotel. Location too was really good, near the station, a water taxi stop and near some really good bars and restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing. We were in the front with a good view of the street but it was really quiet at night.

Albergo confortevole, ordinato, pulito, elegante senza sfarzo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile. Molto apprezzabile il deposito bagagli e la disponibilità verso i clienti anche dopo il check out. Ottimo punto di riferimento e d'appoggio.

Cons:

Assenza ascensore ma non è una pecca per Venezia. Lavabo bello ma
scomodo per posizione erogatore.
