Pros:

Bien situé avec train ou bus pour rejoindre les sites à visiter. Petit déjeuner copieux et de qualité. Personnel très aimable. Grandes chambres et superbe piscine

Cons:

Le confort du lit, on ressent les ressorts du matelas. La climatisation est bruyante mais efficace.

Staff molto cordiale, colazione ottima e piscina datata, ma utilizzabile. Bar a bordo piscina rivedibile.

No pudimos ir Realmente a ese hotel porque no se podía utilizar la piscina. Pero nos mandaron al Hotel Villa della Rose, muy lindo y bueno. Comida excelente y con parqueo, también muy buena ubicación y pudimos visitar Lucca. Lástima solo nos quedamos 1 día el cual disfrutamos de su piscina y cócteles. Lo recomiendo con un personal muy atentos y amables. Regresaré.

Cons:

Que no se pudo utilizar la piscina y von este calor era necesario. Pero nos mandaron a Hotel Villa della Rose con piscina.

Great stay!
Pros:

We stayed at the hotel for 9 days during our holiday in Tuskany, which is not that frequent according to the staff. Breakfast was great, especially cappuccino made by lovely ladies at the restaurant! The swimming pool was little old style, but that's a huge advantage. It was almost 4 meter deep with a little-hardcore jump pad which our daughter (10) immediately loved!
The proximity to Lukka was also advantage. We'll come back next year!

Nous ne pouvons pas noter cet hôtel car à notre arrivée il n’y a avait ni électricité ni eau chaude
Ils nous ont donc proposé un autre hôtel à proximité qui celui ci n’était pas vraiment adapté à nos besoins avec un enfant de 2 ans

Pros:

What else do I have to say. The location of the hotel is excellent for tourists that need a place to relax and enjoy themselves. The food was good. Starting from the breakfast down to the dinner. The staff are very friendly, good and professional. The environment is clean. My room and bathroom are very clean. I was impressed to know that my booking includes the breakfast. HOTEL COUNTRY CLUB forever. Good job, guys. Keep up the good work. The view from my room balcony is interesting . I can see the two pools from my balcony. The bustop is right in front of the hotel gate. The bus line from Central Lucca to HOTEL COUNTRY CLUB is E6
