Pros:

Nous ne pouvons pas noter cet hôtel car à notre arrivée il n’y a avait ni électricité ni eau chaude
Ils nous ont donc proposé un autre hôtel à proximité qui celui ci n’était pas vraiment adapté à nos besoins avec un enfant de 2 ans

Pros:

What else do I have to say. The location of the hotel is excellent for tourists that need a place to relax and enjoy themselves. The food was good. Starting from the breakfast down to the dinner. The staff are very friendly, good and professional. The environment is clean. My room and bathroom are very clean. I was impressed to know that my booking includes the breakfast. HOTEL COUNTRY CLUB forever. Good job, guys. Keep up the good work. The view from my room balcony is interesting . I can see the two pools from my balcony. The bustop is right in front of the hotel gate. The bus line from Central Lucca to HOTEL COUNTRY CLUB is E6

È stato un soggiorno fantastico per tutta la durata!
La piscina, la colazione e tutti gli altri servizi sono stati ottimi.
La gentilezza di Silvia alla reception e di Cristina in sala hanno reso il nostro soggiorno piacevole e rilassante sia per noi che per il nostro bimbo di 2 anni e mezzo.
Per gli ospiti che pernottato la piscina è accessibile dalle 9:00 con possibilità di chiedere i teli forniti da loro.
Ci sono le sdraio conprese ma per chi volesse i lettini è possibile aggiungerli pagando in supplemento.

Cons:

Per pranzo non hanno il servizio al ristorante ma in piscina hanno uno snack bar dove ci sono panini, primi ecc.. la coda è tanta quando la piscina è piena.

Location perfetta per spostarsi tra Lucca, Firenze, Pisa e Montecatini. Hotel confortevole e con uno staff davvero cordiale e disponibile. Ottimo la colazione ed anche la cena.

Bellissimo weekend di Ferragosto ☺️
Pros:

La gentilezza dello staff, dalla Reception, al ristorante, alle colazioni, ai bagnini in piscina; sempre disponibili e cordiali tutti. Volevo ringraziare ancora la Sig.ra bionda e capelli ricci alle colazioni (non conosco il nome), le ho chiesto del latte freddo, che non era presente tra quanto esposto alle colazioni, ed è stata gentilissima a portarmelo. Il giorno dopo, mi vergognavo a richiederlo, ma invece è stata lei stessa, quando mi ha vista al tavolo, a chiedermi se lo avessi voluto...Grazie grazie ancora, sono piccole attenzioni ma che fanno davvero la differenza.
Grazie mille anche al bagnino in piscina, che nel nostro primo giorno, essendo arrivati da Milano alle 18.00; anche se la piscina alle 19.00 chiudeva, noi essendo interni all'hotel, ci ha comunicato che potevamo tranquillamente rimanere sulle sdraio tutto il tempo che volevamo.
Bella struttura, molto grande e anche la fornitura dei teli in Reception, super apprezzata. Bella anche la stanza, la nostra affacciava sopra la piscina piccola.

Non c'è qualcosa che non mi sia piaciuto.

Ci siamo divertiti molto
Pros:

L'hotel è in una posizione strategica a 15 min da Lucca immerso nel verde con due belle piscina una per i più piccoli e una olimpionica con il trampolino molto molto bella, mio figlio l'ha adorata.
La colazione è strepitosa, super ricca.
Ma la forza di questo posto è il personale, gentilissimo e davvero super disponibile

lokalita OK, věděli jsme, že bude dále od Pisy či Luccy, klidné místo, velmi milý personál jak na recepci, tak v restauraci. Vnitřek hotelu vypadá lépe, než exteriér.
