Pros:

Truly stunning location, the room was stunning and balcony over the river.

Cons:

The mitchalin star Restaurant wasn't open , they also wanted 20 euros each to use the pool . No staff on duty at all times.

Ausblick vom Balkon und Parkplatz

Cons:

Die sogenannte Suite ist ein ganz normales Hotelzimmer, die Fassade bröckelt, Ameisen auf dem Balkon, Wellness Bereich ist ein Sauna und Pool.
Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ weit von der Ortschaft entfernt und man kann leider nicht zu Fuß gehen da kein Fußgänger Weg vorhanden ist und Straße zu der Ortschaft kurvig und gefährlich ist.
Frühstück sehr gut.

L’emplacement est magique

Cons:

Les parties communes sont très basiques, l’emplacement de l’accueil est plutôt une étoile, il faut une voiture pour aller au restaurant au village, c’est assez loin, et surtout il n’y a pas de trottoir pour y aller à pied, surtout de nuit

Wir konnten unsere Fahrräder sicher in der privaten Tiefgarage abstellen.
Sauna und Schwimmbad mit Blick auf den See.
2 kl Wasser wurde täglich zu Verfügung gestellt

Cons:

Leider muss man über die Straße zum Ort laufen die viel befahren ist.
Beim Frühstück gab es 6 Tage die gleiche Wurst Käse
Wenig Platz für die Kleidung.

Wir sind nun bereits zum 4. Mal im Il Porticciolo gewesen.
Beim ersten Aufenthalt war das Hotel noch in Renovierung, dennoch hat uns die Lage sofort gefallen. 2022 sind wir erneut gekommen und waren sehr zufrieden – besonders der Service und das ausgezeichnete Restaurant haben uns begeistert. Auch bei unserem dritten Aufenthalt, diesmal mit einem befreundeten Paar, waren wir wieder sehr zufrieden.
Dieses Mal waren wir allerdings enttäuscht. Die Zimmerpreise sind weiterhin auf demselben Niveau, aber das Gesamtangebot hat leider nichts mehr mit den vorherigen Aufenthalten zu tun.

Frühstück nur auf Vorreservierung und für 22 € pro Person keineswegs außergewöhnlich

Das Restaurant ebenfalls nur mit Reservierung – dadurch war es während unseres Aufenthalts geschlossen

Pool nicht beheizt

Sauna wird erst eingeschaltet, wenn jemand den Wellnessbereich betritt

Rezeption meist unbesetzt; man muss selbst hinter den Tresen gehen und telefonisch Bescheid geben, dass man angekommen ist

Insgesamt fehlte leider die Atmosphäre und der Service, die dieses Hotel früher besonders gemacht haben. Schade – wir werden vermutlich nicht mehr zurückkommen.

Cons:

Teilweise schon etwas abgewohnt aber sauber-die Lage ist außergewöhnlich Schön.
Der Fußweg zum Hafen ist etwas abenteuerlich da an der kurvigen Landstraße nur wenig bis gar kein Gehweg da ist!
Frühstück ist sehr gut gewesen, ungewöhnlich war der Filterkaffee aber dieser war Top.

Niesamowity widok z pokoju, cicho, dźwięk szumu fal, codziennie nowa woda, bardzo czysto - codziennie czyste ręczniki.

Cons:

Jeśli nie podróżujesz autem, to droga piesza nie jest komfortowa - przez większosć trasy pieszo trzeba uważać bardzo na samochody - brak typowego chodnika. Jesli zamierzasz przemieszczać się samochodem, to jest parking na miejscu i duzy parking w centrum miasta więc możesz bezpieczenie przejechać ten ok 1km.

Dans l’ensemble correcte avec un très bon cadre

Alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Lage des Hotels 😃
Pros:

Die Lage am Lago Maggiore mit genügend Parkplätzen, durften die Fahrräder auch ins Parkhaus abstellen, der Ausblick, die Ruhe, konnte über den Steg zum Schwimmen in den See oder in das neue Hallenbad mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick und die Nähe zu den Restaurants.

Cons:

Der Weg in den Ort war zu Fuß ein bisschen gefährlich.
