Jedynym prawdziwym plusem był piękny widok z pokoju na jezioro. Niestety cała reszta pobytu nie spełniła naszych oczekiwań.

Trudno mi zrozumieć, w jaki sposób obiekt znajdujący się w takim stanie nadal może być przedstawiany jako hotel czterogwiazdkowy. Oznaczenie Michelin widoczne przy wejściu dotyczy restauracji, jednak może ono wywoływać u gości przekonanie, że cały obiekt reprezentuje odpowiednio wysoki standard. Rzeczywisty stan hotelu całkowicie odbiegał od naszych oczekiwań wobec obiektu tej kategorii.

What a view!
Pros:

Hotel overlooks the majestic Lake Maggiore with absolutely stunning views. Very comfortable beds and a great shower. We enjoyed access to the pool and spa facilities and found it the perfect way to unwind after exploring in the heat. A good selection at breakfast with a relaxed atmosphere. Nothing was too much trouble, welcoming staff (a big thank you to Alice for going above and beyond) - we loved our stay!

Cons:

A word of warning for anyone staying without bringing/hiring a vehicle - although the walk into the local town from the hotel is a short one, there is not a pavement running the full length along the road. This makes for a rather hazardous journey on foot in the dark with limited/no local taxi options. Just a consideration, we knew this at the time of booking and so weren’t surprised - but appreciate this is useful to reiterate (especially for those with young children in tow, reduced mobility or of a nervous disposition).

Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Balkon auf den See. Diese Aussicht hat man auch vom Bett aus. Klima,Parkpl
Pros:

Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und verfügte über einen wunderschönen Ausblick!!! Diesen Ausblick konnte man auch von dem WC aus genießen, da in der Badezimmerwand eine Klappe war, die man öffnen konnte und dadurch durch das Zimmer hinaus aufs Wasser blicken konnte. Das Zimmer hatte außerdem einen Balkon, den wir ausgiebig genutzt haben. Aus dem Bett heraus konnte man auf den See schauen. Einfach nur schön!
Am Hotel befinden sich hoteleigenen Stellplatze und das Tor zu den Stellplätzen wird abends verschlossen (mit der Zimmerkarte kann man es jederzeit öffnen). Das Personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wer einen schönen Blick auf den See möchte und das Wasser unter den Füssen möchte (so fühlt es sich an, wenn man auf dem Balkon sitzt) ist in dem Hotel richtig.

Cons:

Das kleine Frühstück hat uns leider enttäuscht. Das was angeboten wurde, war geschmacklich gut, aber es gab eine ungewohnt kleine Auswahl.

Um in die Stadt zu gelangen, muss man den Großteil der Strecke auf der Straße laufen (immer wieder die Seiten wechseln). Da die Straße keinen Platz am Rand bietet und hier und da kurven sind, haben wir uns dabei schon recht unwohl gefühlt.

Man muss wohl 5 € zahlen, falls man eigene Artikel in der Minibar verstaut. Diese ist mit Getränken ausgestattet und bietet Platz für eine Artikel. Da die Minibar eh eingeschaltet ist, war es für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, wieso wir 5 € zahlen sollen, wenn wir noch was dazustellen.

Situation de l'hôtel en bord de route, pas de jardin, piscine intérieure seulement, vue moyenne, personne à la réception lors de l'arrivée avec porte fermée à clé, longue attente, puis accueil froid et non personnalisé, le tout pour un tarif élevé. Les prestations ne sont pas du tout en phase avec le tarif; il faut revoir l'un ou l'autre.
