The hotel is situated in a great position for access to the tube and wider London.
Pros:

The location was fantastic and staff were very helpful. The room was basic but had everything required for a comfortable stay.

Good location for getting about
Pros:

This hotel is in the perfect position for events at hyde park, opposite a lovely garden and near the station, the staff were fab, it does have a fridge which was really useful for all our water bottles. Breakfast whilst not traditional was also a nice touch in the mornings

Cons:

This is an older building so it has a lot of stairs, some very narrow and no aircon the weather was record high when we were visiting and sadly windows dont stay open and the fan had to be propped up with a glass as otherwise it just pointed to the floor.

Ask for a quadruple room with a double and singles ended up with 2 very small double and put in such a way that their feet from one bed was in your face not good

Der Aufenthalt war in einem sehr kleinem Doppelzimmer mit sehr hellhörigen Wänden für kurzen Aufenthalt in London ok.
Pros:

Die Lage war toll. Es gab einen Kühlschrank. Man konnte das Gepäck zwischenlagern.

Cons:

Man hört jede Bahn extrem laut - selbst mit Ohropax ist das schwer zu ertragen. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und für ein Doppelzimmer (Doppelbett) echt eng. Der Ausblick war gegen eine Wand, wo zwischendurch die Tauben geflogen sind. Das kleine Frühstück wurde ins Zimmer gebracht, da es keinen Frühstücksraum gab.

Everything. The bathroom, room, and what they call breakfast. I think they don’t have a kitchen where people can eat their breakfast and make simple things like cereal.

No vayas salvo que no te quede otra

El personal era muy atento. Las camas eran cómodas. Puedes dejar las maletas sin que te las cobren al día siguiente.

Cons:

Nos hospedaron en una habitación que estaba en la planta -1. Pasaba el metro cada 5 minutos y toda la habitación vibraba y temblaba. Yo lo cogí por una urgencia, pero no se lo recomiendo a nadie ni volvería. Te dan un desayuno que es se compone de un brioche y una napolitana de chocolate de esos del día que vienen en plásticos individuales, mantequilla y mermelada, un yogurt (q estaba bueno) y unas galletitas saladas. Ah y una barrita de cereales de frosties de marca. Te lo llevan a la habitación. La habitación bastante cara para lo del ruido del metro, que deja de funcionar solo de 1 a 5 de la mañana.

Il personale è stato molto gentile e ha soddisfatto tutte le richieste che avevo fatto. La posizione è perfetta per visitare la città.

La camera è piccola e ha qualche imperfezione, ma per due notti è stata perfetta.
