You must show a valid photo ID and credit card upon check in. This credit card and photo ID must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. If the booking has been made in a different name to the guest’s name on arrival, an authorization form will need to be completed.

Early check in is available for an additional AUD $30.00 (subject to room availability after 10.00am).

外面太吵了
I loved the fan in the room to circulate air. I loved the antique fittings like the pedestal handbasin. Do not ever get modern copycat boring same same basins nothing beats the antique. I was planning to suggest dusting the lift walls as I saw dust on them but lo and behold, I saw a man dusting wiping down a lift while guests were riding it, good man.
they need a couple of plush settees in the foyer for guests to sit while waiting to check in whilst other guests are standing at the counter, its rude to ask people to stand around after tiresome travelling and not even have a settee or lounge to sit on.
I did not like the girl ignoring my story of how I was on the phone for 53 minutes to the hotel, not complaining but explaining that if you are booked out turn off the answering machine that puts people on hold, but it was not even that, as someone answered, just as I was about to hang up, and answered my question YES there are vacancies as online it said fully booked out, so I rang to ask. I am glad I did. She rec to book thru booking.com so I did it online but I did not like the downloading of the app to get the confirmation code as I was FORCED to just to get the code, which could have shown up as it always did in the past online the online page. It used up my data to download an app. And then when I showed the girl my licence she did not even need the Con Code, so all that downloading was a waste, I wish I could bill the hotel for my wasted data. And loss of sleep. Also in the halls/corridors something is needed to take away the cheap hotel, lonely, grungey feel, perhaps remove the carpet and have new floor coverings, or paint the walls white and put up some framed prints.

Breakfast was ok and good value for money. Would have liked a few more cereals (weetbix and muesli maybe). Nicer breads for toast and proper butter.
