Close to the beach, rooms have a lot of character and staff were lovely and accommodating. Will stay here again next time me and my partner are in Brighton :)
Lovely boutique hotel with large room and nice bathroom

Everything was perfect
It wa set A. Suitw with clear bedroom and living area and a very nice comfortable and well appointed bathroom. There was a large floor fan (It was Hot in Brighton those two days). The fan was clean (not dusty). The Hotel was quirky and stylish and it felt a little special without it being posh or elite. Staff were very Helpful and attentive. The only regret was not staying two nights rather than one. We plan to come back again.
Its pricey! we would like to go more but can't afford it. There was a cooler box in the room and it would have been preferably to have had a fridge (As it was Hot in Brighton and the room. Air conditioning would have been. fantastic but not much call for it out of 365 days so don't expect it.
The staff was lovely, and the room was clean and the room's facilities were great. The hotel's location was great!
The hotel is quaint with interesting decor and I’m a great location.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough, I booked the Belize room as a 30th birthday present to my husband and from start to finish the staff were amazing, especially Jelena. The hotel itself is one of a kind, decor is amazing and rooms immaculate. The whirlpool and sauna was the highlight for us and really added that luxury feel. We will definitely be staying again, thank you!
I highly recommend. I stayed with friends & colleagues for a 5 day conference. Great location, close to train station, beach, bars & restaurants. Hotel & rooms are immaculate, beautifully designed, each room different, quality furnishings, bed & amenities. Lovely breakfast & bar. Owners & staff are professional, friendly & can't do enough for you. First time stay, but won't be the last. Already booked in for February 2027. If you're staying in Brighton, this hotel is a must.
Staff and location were excellent as well as the decor.
Lift stopped working a few times 4 flights up and ended up trapsing up and down for drinks plus the heating and AC unit (which looks like heating and AC in one, but isn’t as it turns out) was hard to figure out. Clear instructions would have been better. We were a bit cold for a couple of hours which was a bit of a romance killer (counter productive)
