There curtains do not blackout the light. I am sensitive to light
Large, clean room. Staff were lovely. 10 min walk to the lanes.
Creaky floorboards and the “not so private” shower. Shower is not in a separate room.
Excellent staff and super clean. Really homely. Fluffy white towels and tea a coffee facilities in the room.
No air on but that wasn’t an issue as it was not hot.
Very welcoming and quaint, the room was AMAZING. We got here for check in time and just enjoyed a full evening in the room! Took advantage of all the facility’s, watched the sunset from the balcony. The staff were so helpful and lovely.

The staff were amazing, so incredibly helpful and accommodating, the room was beautiful too, I got ready here for my wedding and it was perfect.

Wow wow wow!! 🤩 another fantastic visit to this beautiful boutique hotel has had us wanting more, we came for the weekend and didn’t want to go home. The warm welcome from Yelena and her daughter Una on arrival and Mia at breakfast time makes you feel like you’ve just got home to family, the hotel is the best in Brighton we used to book a large hotel on the sea front but came here a few years ago just by chance and will never ever go anywhere else again, 10/10 for cleanliness 10/10 for a good night sleep and 10/10 for breakfast it’s a perfect stay and central to shops , bars and the seafront. Thank you to Yelena and everyone else who we came across who we haven’t mentioned you made our stay absolutely amazing. See you again Mick & Nadine 🙌
Close to the beach, rooms have a lot of character and staff were lovely and accommodating. Will stay here again next time me and my partner are in Brighton :)

Breakfast was not included if booked via booking.com (this was not clear to me when I made the booking
It wa set A. Suitw with clear bedroom and living area and a very nice comfortable and well appointed bathroom. There was a large floor fan (It was Hot in Brighton those two days). The fan was clean (not dusty). The Hotel was quirky and stylish and it felt a little special without it being posh or elite. Staff were very Helpful and attentive. The only regret was not staying two nights rather than one. We plan to come back again.
Its pricey! we would like to go more but can't afford it. There was a cooler box in the room and it would have been preferably to have had a fridge (As it was Hot in Brighton and the room. Air conditioning would have been. fantastic but not much call for it out of 365 days so don't expect it.

The hotel is quaint with interesting decor and I’m a great location.
I cannot recommend this hotel enough, I booked the Belize room as a 30th birthday present to my husband and from start to finish the staff were amazing, especially Jelena. The hotel itself is one of a kind, decor is amazing and rooms immaculate. The whirlpool and sauna was the highlight for us and really added that luxury feel. We will definitely be staying again, thank you!
