Lovely boutique stay!
Pros:

Beautiful cozy stay!
Pros:

Beautiful property with amazing views of Cusco. Perfect location near restaurants, cafes and shops but on a quiet road. Having hot water bottles delivered the rooms each evening was a lovely touch! Would definitely recommend :)

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt im Viertel San Blas sehr zentral, in nur ca. 5-10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am Plaza de Armas.
Die Begrüßung war herzlich mit Coca-Tee, Stadtplan und Empfehlungen für die Stadt und Restaurants.

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit super Ausblick über die Stadt. Alles war sehr sauber.
Wir konnten auch unser Gepäck für die Dauer des Inkatrails kostenlos aufbewahren lassen. Auch Frühstück to go war kein Problem.

Am besten war aber der Turndown-Service, wobei abends ein Mitarbeiter die Heizung für uns aufdrehte und eine Wärmflasche ins Bett legte - sehr außergewöhnlich und bei frischen 5 Grad in Cusco abends manchmal auch wirklich nötig!

Das ganze Personal war super nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und würden definitiv wieder kommen.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksbereich ist etwas klein.

El ambiente es acogedor, cómodo, buena ubicación es segura y cerca de restaurantes bares
Pros:

La variedad del desayuno muy bueno! la comodidad de las camas y cubrecamas, calefacción muy bueno!

Cons:

No hubo coordinación del recojo en el aeropuerto, estuve esperando y no llegaron a recogernos, opte por tomar un taxi

Pros:

the best was the surprise hot water bottle in our bed that was nice and toasty well until the morning. the made to order omelets were delicious and the hotel itself was beautiful with a wonderful view of cusco.

Cons:

the breakfast area was a little small and could have had more choices, but the made to order omelets were delicious. be ready to walk uphill. many of our tours couldn't pick us up from the hotel in their mini buses because it was located in a narrow street. taxis didn't have an issue reaching the hotel.

The room was so cold we got sick and the spa is minimal
Pros:

This is not a spa hotel, it’s a hotel with one jacuzzi for the whole hotel to share, meaning it’s never available because it’s also in the same room where they do massages. Very inconvenient and false advertising.

The room was so cold at night that we got sick, which is a dealbreaker as far as I’m concerned. A hotel should at the very least provide shelter. It’s not enough with one heater (which automatically turns off) and one hot water bottle under the covers. We might as well have been sleeping outside.
Other hotels in Cusco/higher mountains, had warmer rooms for the same price or less.

The massages were okay, but terrible value.

Most of the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, but the owner (I think) told us she would help us with recommendations for Tambopata on WhatsApp, but then just ghosted us.
In general, the staff often forgot our requests, such as laundry or other facilities. And the breakfast was basic.

Stay away from Encantada. It looks nice in the pictures, but you don’t want to spend your vacation with a cold. You easily find better accommodations for this price.

Pros:

We loved our stay, the view, the staff and the overall location was wonderful! We particularly loved the hot water bottles at night, only thing which was a little hard was a lack of hot water in the shower, it was always almost lukewarm which was bit hard as it’s quite cold in Cusco in July. Otherwise it was a very lovely place to stay.

Great stay!
Pros:

Our stay at encantada casa was great. We had a couples massage with Ruth and Lurdes which was absolutely incredible. We felt soo comfortable and relaxed with them and it was the best massage we’ve ever had! Please book with them if you’re in Cusco. The area is also very nice and we felt at home the moment we arrived.

Excellent hotel to stay for many reasons.
Pros:

I stayed multiple times across my trip. Accommodation was lovely, comfortable beds, hot water, and very accommodating when I needed to pack lighter for a hike and they graciously looked after my main bag while I travelled.
Staff amazing. Great location.

Cons:

Everything was perfect.

Amazing stay.
Pros:

As a solo woman traveller I had a wonderful stay at this hotel.

I am so grateful to their team of wonder people.

Also the taxi can drive up to the accommodation as there are many steps so that is so helpful on arrival and departure.

Great location and easy to walk into the Plaza and restaurant’s .

Cons:

The comfortable bed.
