Prenez plutôt la plus petite chambre (qui donne sur le jardin) plutôt que les autres chambres qui sont plus bruyantes
The most comfortable beds! Hot water bottles on the beds each evening was a perfect touch. Lovely staff and we booked hot stone massages - extremely relaxing, thank you Fiorella and Ruth!
Lots of stairs, but that can’t be helped!
The hotel was stunning. Such a cute little boutique place. We got a cheeky upgrade to one of the houses. Fully equipped with everything you need. Very powerful and hot shower, heating in the room, lovely beds with thick duvets. We even had a knock at the door and were delivered hot water bottles for each of us. Perfect location as it is close to many restaurants with a gorgeous view.
All the staff were so genuinely kind and welcoming. My partner was feeling a little sick from the altitude and they gave him some cocoa leaves to chew on. Our room had the most incredible view of Cusco and the room itself was so much bigger than expected. It was super clean and coming from the clean freak herself, it exceeding all expectations. We also did the couples massage and it was so perfect after our hike to rainbow mountain. The breakfast that was included with the stay was so delicious and they even made us a fresh egg scramble with our preferred toppings. We even dined at their restaurant and their burger and pasta bolognese was really good! Location was convenient to all the touristy spots but distant enough from all the crowds. Highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I visit Cusco!
You have to book the jacuzzi four hours in advance so sadly we were unable to experience it.
Charming, locally owned, great service
It’s very cold at night, sometimes hot water bottles aren’t enough to keep you warm
We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights--3 when we first arrived and 1 on our way back to Lima. It's a very quaint hotel with kind and helpful staff. The location is nice and there are lovely views of Cusco from the courtyard and balconies. Breakfast buffet is nice and they will make eggs to order. We first stayed in the main building above the lobby and the rooms are decent sized, quiet and bed comfortable. Bathrooms were clean and water was hot. When we returned at the end of our trip we had outdoor rooms in the courtyard. The seemed to be newly renovated. These rooms were much larger with updated bathrooms. Overall a comfortable stay and would stay again if we ever return. There are a few nice cafes and bars along the street, as well as shops to get water or have some laundry done. You should be aware that cars don't go directly to the hotel, they have to stop a short distance away and you walk up to the hotel with your bags. There are also stairs and uneven paths so if you have any mobility issues this might not be the right spot for you.
Hermoso lugar, muy amables personas y desayuno rico. Les recomiendo este lugar .
Beautiful stay! Views from the hotel over Cusco are stunning.
Great breakfast with Omelette bar.
Owners & staff couldn’t be nicer and more accommodating.
Will absolutely come back
Perfect location and friendly staff
Es acogedor y el personal es muy amable, todos muy atentos! El barrio de lo mejor, hermosa vista y el spa buenísimo!
No hay suficiente calefacción en las habitaciones. El clóset no muy cómodo.
The staff treated us like family - nothing was too much trouble.
Everywhere was spotless, and the rooms were made up beautifully every day.
The view is spectacular and all the restaurants, shops and places of interest in san blas are so close.
The hotel staff are exceptional in ensuring your every need is met. Bed very comfortable and warm doona. It’s in a great location to walk into the Plaza and restaurants, and a taxi can drop you off out the front with your bags from the Airport. As a single traveller I felt completely safe. Breakfast is amazing. Good hot water.
Nothing.
Excellent help and kind staff. Comfortable bed, good location. Hot water. Heating. I returned to this hotel several times and was able to store my bags while I went off on short trips.
Nothing.
Excellent location, lovely property and the staff went above and beyond.
I booked two 60-minute deep tissue massages at Encantada Spa during my time in Cusco—one before the Salkantay Trek and one after.
I especially want to recognize Fiorela, who was professional, attentive, and highly skilled. Before the trek, she helped me loosen up and prepare for four days of hiking. After completing the trek, her massage was exactly what I needed to recover from sore legs, hips, and back after long days on the trail.
The spa was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. At approximately $40 USD for a 60-minute deep tissue massage, I also found it to be an exceptional value for the quality of the experience.
If you’re visiting Cusco and planning the Salkantay Trek, Machu Picchu, or any hiking adventure, I highly recommend Encantada Spa. It was one of the best investments I made during my trip.
