It was difficult for taxis to enter the street.
Very kind and accomodating staff. Very relaxing massages, great breakfast, amazing view of cusco, sweet boutique hotel. Would definitely go back there. They even provide hot water bottles for bed.
Schönes Hotel oben am Berg. Tolle Aussicht. Es gab eine Heizung (allerdings nur für die Nacht) und Wärmflaschen. Das Frühstück war lecker. Es gab den ganzen Tag heisses Teewasser und Tee. Das Personal war nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Nach dem Check-Out konnten wir unser Gepäck dort lassen.
Mucho frio en el hotel y en la habitacion. La calefaccion se enciende a las 7 pm y se apaga muy temprano a la mañana.

Tener en cuenta que no llegan los vehículos hasta la puerta. Te dejan a unas cuadras, por lo que hay que subir caminando.

La atención del personal, especialment de Jeffry fue excelente, muy atentos. El desayuno es completo y las vistas impresionantes. La ubicación en el barrio de San Blas hace que sea muy tranquilo aunque algo apartado.
Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas en realción a las fotografías de la web y no estan bien aisladas del frío. Hay un radiador en la habitación y el personal proporciona bolsas de agua caliente, pero el frío de Cusco se filtra por las ventanas que son muy finas.

My room had a gorgeous balcony and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

The view of the city was great. The beds were comfortable and they provided ahot water bottle. The staff and breakfast were great.
It was really easy to arrange a massage after our hike.
Some of the rooms were small but provided everything you needed.
The view was wonderful! The staff were all attentive & kind! The breakfast was delicious-even had a gluten free bread option! The room was clean & cozy!

Hotel boutique charmoso e aconchegante. Camas confortáveis e roupas de cama impecáveis, colocaram uma bolsa de água quente revestida por tecido que aquecia nossas camas no fim do dia, muito adorável. Funcionários atenciosos e solícitos. Café da manhã saboroso, com variações de um dia para outro. Vizinhança interessante com atmosfera da cultura local, com linda vista no rooftop do hotel.
A única ressalva é que para quem viaja com muita bagagem ou crianças o acesso pode se tornar mais dificultoso, já que os carros não conseguem acender até a porta do hotel.
Una ubicación genial en el barrio de San Blas, el servicio muy atento especialmente Jefferson que fue encantador con nosotros toda nuestra estancia.
Poco aislamiento en las habitaciones, por la noche la temperatura baja bastante, aunque ponen la calefacción y te ofrecen una bolsa de agua caliente se nota el frío.
C’était super ! 👍🏼 on a grave kiffé notre séjour nous étions un groupe de 10 amis et c’était super! Les massages sont incroyables ! 😻

We had a lovely stay. The location is good but just be mindful its up the hill if you walk from the square. However you are only about 25 minutes from Cristo Blanco. Breakfast was good, cold and warm selection. Staff lovely and attentive - we managed to do our loundry, they booked taxis for us and event sent some postcards. We were able to leave our bags there while we did our jungle trip.
Nothing all was good.
