We loooved our stay here. The massages were absolutely incredible, the breakfasts were delicious and the staff were honestly amazing.
Gorgeous views. Comfy beds. Hot water bottle. Staff super friendly and helpful. Great breakfast.
The staff was amazing especially Milagros who received us on our arrival and helped out with breakfast the next day.Buffet style with egg station. Delicious pancakes and spinach with cheese tortas. Massage by Fiorella was great! Great views on 4th floor and garden terrace
The bedroom lighting could be better and not as bright hospital. The room and bathroom floor were shockingly cold when we arrived. It took awhile for the room to warm up to sleep comfortably. However, they provided a heater and hot water bottles that helped a lot! Just a heads up- we requested to go breakfast box because we had to leave before 6 am. They didn’t have it and the worker said he didn’t know what I was talking about even though we reminded two different workers the night before.
Rooms and breakfast area were too cold. Labelled as ‘spa’ hotel but all they offer is (expensive) massage in a cold room, and a jacuzzi which you have to pay extra for and which wasn’t working when we were there. Rooms are very noisy, you can hear everything happening the lobby and staircase - including the breakfast area where they start preparing noisily at 5am….
Customer service doesn’t exist, they never replied to my email complaining about the stay.
Hot water bottles placed in bed was a very nice touch! Beautiful terrace and staff were very nice
No hot water
We stayed at Hotel Encantada before and after our Salkantay hike. The whole experience was incredible. We ate breakfast and dinner at Encantada multiple times and it was delicious. We also went to the Spa for an Inka Stone massage. It was the best massage we had! Fiorela and Ruth were wonderful therapists. Highly recommend this hotel!
Beautiful property with amazing views of Cusco. Perfect location near restaurants, cafes and shops but on a quiet road. Having hot water bottles delivered the rooms each evening was a lovely touch! Would definitely recommend :)
Gorgeous hotel, lovely views and terrace. Friendly staff and loved the hot water bottle delivery in the evenings!
Auch Frühstück to go war kein Problem.
the best was the surprise hot water bottle in our bed that was nice and toasty well until the morning. the made to order omelets were delicious and the hotel itself was beautiful with a wonderful view of cusco.
the breakfast area was a little small and could have had more choices, but the made to order omelets were delicious. be ready to walk uphill. many of our tours couldn't pick us up from the hotel in their mini buses because it was located in a narrow street. taxis didn't have an issue reaching the hotel.
The property has beautiful views and above all excellent staff. We had very good experience and thank you Encantada staff for everything.
This is not a spa hotel, it’s a hotel with one jacuzzi for the whole hotel to share, meaning it’s never available because it’s also in the same room where they do massages. Very inconvenient and false advertising.
The room was so cold at night that we got sick, which is a dealbreaker as far as I’m concerned. A hotel should at the very least provide shelter. It’s not enough with one heater (which automatically turns off) and one hot water bottle under the covers. We might as well have been sleeping outside.
Other hotels in Cusco/higher mountains, had warmer rooms for the same price or less.
The massages were okay, but terrible value.
Most of the staff was incredibly nice and helpful, but the owner (I think) told us she would help us with recommendations for Tambopata on WhatsApp, but then just ghosted us.
In general, the staff often forgot our requests, such as laundry or other facilities. And the breakfast was basic.
Stay away from Encantada. It looks nice in the pictures, but you don’t want to spend your vacation with a cold. You easily find better accommodations for this price.
We loved our stay, the view, the staff and the overall location was wonderful! We particularly loved the hot water bottles at night, only thing which was a little hard was a lack of hot water in the shower, it was always almost lukewarm which was bit hard as it’s quite cold in Cusco in July. Otherwise it was a very lovely place to stay.
