Pros:

Albergo molto bello e molto ben curato con una vista stupenda su Danubio. Camere spaziose, con arredo moderno e molto confortevole, personale molto gentile e disponibile. Colazione ottima e varia. Torneremo sicuramente.

Locatie superbă. Personal amabil. Camera spațioasă. Am beneficiat, contra cost, de acces la saună, care a fost pusă în functie doar pentru mine.

Pros:

Very clean apartament on the top floor, very large, with superb views of Danube. Close to the city centre and riverside restaurants.

Cons:

The plumbing - water ended in the middle of the bathroom when taking a shower, seemed to come from underneath the bathtub.
Huge step to the balcony door.

Amplasarea si curatenia

Cons:

În general am fost mulțumită de experiențele mele la Hotel Vega, însă la ultima ședere am avut o situație neplăcută. Mânerul ferestrei era slăbit și aproape să se desprindă, motiv pentru care am anunțat recepția. Persoana de la serviciul tehnic care a venit a avut o atitudine vizibil deranjată și neprietenoasă, iar deși a observat problema, a închis fereastra și a plecat fără să remedieze mânerul. Consider că într-un hotel de acest nivel atât problema tehnică, cât mai ales modul de relaționare cu oaspetele, ar fi trebuit gestionate cu mai multă atenție și profesionalism
