For the Vega hotel, sudden money is more expensive than reputation and customers. I had a very unpleasant experience with this hotel. I booked a room in another hotel in advance, when I arrived, it was closed and the administrator did not pick up the phone for more than an hour. So I found the nearest hotel and booked a room. As soon as I booked, the administrator of my hotel came and strengthened us. I called Vega, explained the situation and asked if it was possible to cancel without payment. The administrator said yes, but it's Saturday and we need a manager for that. I requested a free cancellation and calmed down. It took 3 minutes between the reservation and the change. But they didn't confirm the cancellation request. I called several times, but the manager never got in touch. I even asked if I could use this reservation in a week, but they ignore me.
