Nincs bolt a közelben, A szálloda érkezéskor extra költséget számolt fel medence használatért amelyet kötelező volt kifizetnünk - 160 euro !!! - annak ellenére hogy nem volt rá igényünk, a bookingon ez nem volt feltüntetve.

Essere stata truffata, l’Hotel non esiste più e ci si ritrova a dover soggiornare in una struttura non scelta con altro nome (Futura Club) accanto alla vecchia struttura.Come club ha servizi da villaggio turistico e tessera da pagare all’arrivo (servizi mai voluti).Le stanze sono vecchie e sporche e il personale poco professionale.

Esperienza deludente sotto diversi aspetti. Al momento del pagamento mi è stata addebitata una tessera servizi da 8 € al giorno, mentre su Booking era indicata a 7 €. La differenza economica è minima, ma ciò che conta è la correttezza delle informazioni fornite al cliente.

Inoltre, per i primi due giorni non ho avuto l’aria condizionata prevista nella camera, ma soltanto un climatizzatore portatile (“pinguino”), senza che nessuno mi informasse preventivamente del problema.

Altra nota negativa riguarda la colazione: pur avendola regolarmente pagata e avendo comunicato con anticipo che il giorno della partenza sarei uscito alle 7:00 ( servizio colazione disponibile dalle 7:30) mi è stato negato qualsiasi tipo di breakfast box o soluzione alternativa. Trovo poco comprensibile che un servizio già pagato venga semplicemente perso senza alcuna attenzione verso il cliente.

Peccato, perché la struttura avrebbe delle potenzialità, ma trasparenza, comunicazione e attenzione alle esigenze degli ospiti sono aspetti fondamentali che in questa esperienza sono mancati

La camera tripla nell’albergo non era altro che la dependance del villaggio Futura.Avevo prenotato l’hotel e non il villaggio per poter con solo pernottamento e prima colazione avere una gestione più flessibile della vacanza
Non ci hanno avvisato che non funzionava l’aria condizionata e che c’era in sostituzione un condizionatore portatile con poca autonomia perché al rientro dalla cena ha scaricato tutta l’acqua sul pavimento.Per noi della dependance la spiaggia era a pagamento ma in aggiunta ci hanno fatto pagare la tessera club per 2 giorni che copriva l’uso piscina e l’animazione.La responsabile ci ha accusati di non saper far funzionare un condizionatore portatile e ha scaricato la colpa sulla governante.
Alla domanda fatta 2 giorni prima se potevano riservarci tre posti in spiaggia, dal mattino il giorno di arrivo ,mi hanno detto di chiamare direttamente i bagni esterni.
Penso che non torneremo più anche perché il rapporto qualità/prezzo è esagerato

Nechoďte tam!!! Najsķôr pri príchode skrytý poplatok za "club card" - večerný program a vstup do hotelových bazénov. Izba s pokazenou klimatizáciou, namiesto ktorej Vám dajú prenosnú, tú s takou rúrou, ktorú treba vyviesť cez okno. Do neskorej noci sa Vám pod oknom na plné pecky ozývajú naraz dve pesničky od DJ z Vášho aj z vedľajšieho hotela, pritom okno si zatvoriť nemôžete, pretože je pokazená klíma. Keďže ste zle spali tak ráno prídete na raňajky neskôr, takže zabudnite na nejake pečivo. A najväčší gól je, keď teda v nedeľu po raňajkách idete na pláž prislúchajúcu hotelu, z ktorej Vás vyhodia, pretože nemáte rezervované miesto :D pritom ste sa deň vopred na recepcii na to pýtali, ale cez víkend sa miesto rezervovať nedá. Takže idete naspäť na hotel unavení a idete autom hľadať nejakú inú pláž. Najhorší hotel v ktorom som kedy bol.

It was a rough start. We checked in after a long trip from Toronto to Sicily. 2 weeks before checkin, we paid for the hotel in full of over 3400 euros 7 nights. The description showed the hotel had AC and we had to pay for city tax at the hotel, which we expected. When we arrived, they hit us up with a 770euros bill for entertainment and other club fees, which they could not explain clearly. The fee was hand written on a piece of paper, I requested a printed invoice or a detailed advertisement which they were not able to produce. The AC did not work. they gave us fans for the first night so we can get rest. I told them we would speak to management in the morning to get clarity. The next day, they gave us bracelets for the use of beach chairs (value of 25 euros, which was appropriated) and lunch. However, they made it clear that the AC was not going to be fixed for the entire duration of our 7-day stay. It's unclear if they knew this was a problem ahead of time or not, but I was not going to argue with them about it because I didn't want to ruin my holidays. They went out and installed portable AC units for each of the 5 rooms our group booked. The staff was very nice and tried to make our stay. There was one manager who would look at his watch and make it known to get UT of dining room if we didn't finish breakfast at 10 am Sharp! He treated the staff terribly and should not be in the hospitality business. I felt terrible for the staff. Thank goodness for the great restaurant few steps from the hotel. I would not come back. We survived and made it work. It's old and outdated, and apart from the 770 euros, they tried to extort from us we made it work! I called the great team at booking.com to sort that out with them directly, they cannot charge for something that is not advertised nor can explain

I servizi non erano ancora tutti attivi, rispetto al periodo di alta stagione. Il primo giorno la piscina era sporca e l’idromassaggio non ha mai funzionato per tutti i giorni.
Abbiamo dovuto pagare in contanti tutto il soggiorno perché non funzionava il pos.
La camera era senza condizionatore per cui la prima notte abbiamo dormito con le porte aperte e per l’ultimo giorno ci hanno installato un pinguino ma necessariamente doveva rimanere la finestra aperta e si sentiva l’animazione fino a tardi delle altre strutture vicine.

Mivel a booking.comon keresztül foglaltam a szállást a bulla regia hotelbe plusz költségeket kellett fizetnem a helyszínen ami nem volt feltűntetve sehol.

Man wird gezwungen 42 Euro drauf zu zahlen für Leistungen die eigentlich inbegriffen sind noch einmal zu zahlen als Beispiel auch das Frühstück was eh inbegriffen war mussten wir nochmal bezahlen. Wir haben das Reklamiert aber es kam keine Antwort zurück

Peut être les facturations de suppléments on facture beaucoup de supplément,
La plage est magnifique mais les prix au bar de la plage sont super cher pour la prestation fournie et les dames qui y travaillent ne sont vraiment pas sympa!!!
La nourriture vendue a la plage est très mauvaise,
Un spritz de 20cl dans un verre en plastique de pique nique 8 euros!!!!!🥵🥵🥵

The rooms are small (basic) but very comfortable bed and beautiful powerful shower. We did not spend much time in the room though.
