As it is an ancient hotel need more maintenance and facilities

No hot water supply 24 hr and I was disappointed because my room lock is not satisfied I have to struggle while open and close

Horrible. Worst.
Pros:

I liked the easy access to mall road and other transportation centres. The room was decent. Rest was horrible.

Cons:

Wifi: Did not work.
No hot water despite complaining.
Staff rude, forgot to document payment made us travel back n forth to confirm their fault in the end.
The furniture old and cranky, the mattress were damp. Bedsheets stained.
No maintenance of bathroom, unclean.
