Only the location. There is immense scope of betterment. Disgraceful management.

Cons:

The room was 206. The room service was only once in 4 days. No drinking water given .. everyday asked.. not provided. I bought myself. Last day given after standing in reception for 10 mins. Staffs were disgusting except the person, I guess who was a manger who was communicative and helpful. I asked for a definite room. It was not provided nor given importance after asking several times.

Bathroom shower not working properly. Ph. Not working. Zero room service, even after asking several times.
I have stayed here before but nothing improved. Same situation. TV is working like a possessed one. Loose connection. I have to hold myself to work. The ventilators are open and 108 wires pass through it. Privacy hampers.
No hangers in room. No hook for hanging clothes.

It should charge as HOMESTAY rate and not charge the price declaring as HERITAGE PROPERTY. The location is good and that is why I chose.

Pros:

Read a lot about those Haunted stories and all in social media but it was overall value for money stay just at prime location and view of mountain from room was stunning. Though their was unusual sound of heavy things being dragged on at night but if you can ignore it u r good to go. And don't expect much of maintenance as i asked for room spray but they couldn't provide.

Cons:

Rooms were not insulated, geyser do not works 24 hr, only during morning hrs. Windows are not wind proof resulting in chill wind disturbing the entire sleep. I literally had one of the worst sleepless night due to chill air gushing through window cracks. Cupboards were broken, flimsy, antique, old and dirty. Internal furnishing was of poorest quality and even window curtains were not moving properly. No proper facility of food service, they said that on demand it would be arranged from somewhere!.

Pros:

The location was good, very near to the mall.
The staffs were friendly and very cooperative.

Cons:

There was a power cut for 2 days. Geyser was not working. Didn't take shower for 2 days.

Experience at Pineridge hotel
Pros:

Excellent location, heritage property.

Cons:

Didn't clean rooms.. did not clean plates outside room.. no prompt service. No minimal tea/coffee served. They will tell you that they will get you meal from outsided. But will not provide you the meal and will charge 500-1000 rs more than the depicted price. Very unprofessional staff. Rooms will pass as okay not maintained.
