A chair in the minimal double room would be appreciated.
おしゃれで清潔でスタッフも親切で，ベッドの硬さも完璧で何もかもよかったです。バーも素敵で，すぐ寝れるのもありがたかったです。
朝食は良かったのですが，そんなに食べれない人には高いと感じました。

The shower head has such great water pressure. Also, the cafe on the second floor has some great Americanos. Quality matches the price.
I understand Tokyo Drift, but didn’t expect it to actually drift by the window side, hahah (or it's not drifting, just a fancy car show-off). It’s not a big problem to be honest, just found it interesting. I’d say the location won’t be ideal for anyone shopping in Shinjuku a lot. But the subway is sufficient and close, in that sense, it’s also ok.
A localização não é tão central, mas se esta repleto de estações de metro que levam super rápido para qualquer local, então para mim, isso foi perfeito, pois gosto de regiões mais calmas. A cama é maravilhosa e a limpeza sempre impecavel. E o café de dentro do hotel também é excelente!
Gostei de tudo, mas realmente a questão dos tamanho do quarto é algo especifico do Japão. Mesmo pegando um maior, para gerir as malas grandes é sempre um pouco apertado.
We went for the twin room after reading that the standard was a bit small for two people, and I'm so happy we did! The beds were large and comfy. My favorite thing was probably the bathroom. Loved the layout of the room. Everything felt very fancy yet understated. What a delight to come back to a tidied up room after a day of exploring.
There was some weird loud banging multiple nights in a row, I think maybe people in the room one over opening and closing their closets?

extremely big room (we booked the biggest), nice design overall, and well positioned to visit various areas of Tokyo. Very calm neighbourhood, but the Main Street under the hotel is very noisy
staff behaviour has room for improvement, the shower door should be mounted the other way round as if someone has some health issue while showering and he /she faints, then the door it could get stuck. you can't open the windows, which is not good for chaining air.
