L’emplacement de l’hôtel peut être un peu plus compliqué, mais c’était vraiment calme comme quartier ce qui est super.
Good location (although far and you will be stuck in Nihombashi) with easy access to metro, nice staff, nice coffee
Extremely enticing price until you realise the several deep design flaws in the rooms - the bathroom is absolutely enormous for the size of the room, leaving no space to even walk in the room. No hooks for clothes or towels so you do have to throw your towel on the ground everyday contrary to their environmental policy - unheard of anywhere to not have hooks, but especially in Tokyo. Terrible internet across the board.
Loved the minimal aesthetic and the attention to exceptional quality amenities. The thickest towels we’ve ever had at a hotel and absolutely loved the soap and shampoo! The sustainability factor was a huge tick for us.

Way too small with no amenities. Shibuya all day place had better usage of space.
The room was neat + tidy which was perfect for a 1 night stay. The rooms are very small so may not be best for any longer than that. Breakfast was great and the staff were lovely and welcoming
