Summer stay in Tokyo
Pros:

J'ai aimé le style et l'aménagement de la chambre et de la salle de bain. Le staff est très poli et aimable. Merci pour tout 🙌

Cons:

Pas très bien insonorisé, un petit peu de bruit la nuit mais des bouchons d'oreilles sont mis à disposition.

Pros:

Goede communicatie vooraf en super vriendelijk persoon. Het hotel ziet er heel modern en goed verzorgd uit. Ook de lokatie was top. Kamers waren niet heel groot, maar wel alles van kwaliteit.

In the middle of a tourist trip, two days before reaching Tokyo, he informed me that he had cancelled the reservation due to technical problems he had mentioned a few days earlier. He offered to help me find alternative accommodations, but when I asked for help, since he had never been to Tokyo, he replied that he was having difficulty and that I should try on my own, as if it were easier for me. I quickly found alternative accommodations and contacted them to send my luggage. But if I, a foreigner, found them quickly, traveling from another city and visiting Tokyo for the first time, I find it hard to believe they couldn't have done it in 24 hours, given their business and their city.

Il check-in puo essere anticipato al massimo alle 14 altrimenti va prenotata una notte in più, questo non è stato molto piacevole visto il nostro arrivo in Giappone alle 8 di mattina..

Good location and comfortable stay, but room a bit small
Pros:

I really liked the location, as there are two metro stations nearby and it is very easy to get around. The beds were also very comfortable, and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

The room was smaller than we expected. There was also no proper place to hang towels, and the air conditioning was a bit difficult to manage.

Pros:

Hôtel très moderne et design, équipements modernes et confortables, un café dans le hall de l’hôtel très bien situé dans un quartier calme.

Cons:

Les chambres étaient un peu petites 15 m².
