Posto perfetto!
Pros:

Posizione strategica, a 10 min di autobus da Gion (il quartiere più famoso di Kyoto). All’interno presente la lavanderia con asciugatrice, Onsen è piccolo giardino zen per il relax. Molto pulito e personale cordiale.
(Ci è capitato di avere un inconveniente con la lavanderia, si sono presi il disturbo di rifare loro lavatrice ed asciugatrice, veramente gentilissimi)

Loved everything except for the bathroom
Pros:

Staff was friendly and helpful. They helped us call a taxi because it was raining. The hotel facilities and lobby are really clean and beautiful. We arrived about 2 hours ahead of check-in, but our room was already ready so they let us check in early! I also appreciated that they always called the elevator for us when we started walking toward the elevator. It's a small thing that made our lives easier because waiting for an elevator took forever at the last hotel we stayed at. I emailed them that it was my sister's birthday and they said happy birthday to her at check-in, which was very thoughtful.

Cons:

Bathroom was dirty, smelled bad, and had black mold. I also notified them a week ahead of check-in that it was my sister's birthday and they said they would leave a note in the room, but only gave us the note at checkout which was after her birthday.

Pros:

It’s really well located.

Cons:

Among the 4 hotels we stayed in Japan this was the least spacious and had the darkest room. The hotel staff was also ok. The bathroom was very small. The facilities were ok but not the best. The hotel is definitely above average and comes recommended especially due to its location but should be regarded in the price/performance category.

Czystość. Udogodnienie typu herbata, kawa. Lokalizacja ok.

Cons:

Nieuprzejmy recepcjonista. Kultura osobista i sposób kontaktu z gościem jak dla mnie nie do przyjęcia. Całe szczęście to raczej wyjątek, bo reszta personelu przyjazna. Pozostałe rzeczy to drobiazgi: nieczynny dystrybutor wody przez część dnia, brak jednorazowych kapci, nieciekawy widok z okna na jakieś zaplecze.
