客房整潔度非常好，很舒適！地理位置也很不錯，地鐵站、巴士站距離很近，飯店附近也有全家和超市，用餐選擇也不少，機能非常方便，是會推薦或再讀入住的選擇。

Персонал был вежливым и приветливым. Отель большой, номера тоже были большими.

Cons:

Не понравилась общественная баня, она была совсем маленькой. Одна купальня на весь отель, где много проживающих. Думала, будет побольше.

出迎えてくれる女将さん？の対応も素晴らしかった。
帰りに荷物を京都駅近くのホテルで受け取れるシステムもチェックアウト後に追いかけてきてくれて教えてくれました。

新幹線の時間まで時間があったので荷物を預けて観光に向かいたかったのですが、京都駅のロッカーは空きがないかもと思い、チェックアウトの時に聞いたところ、500円で京都駅の三井ガーデンホテルまで荷物を運んでくれるとのこと。またアプリ登録特典でこの500円も無料でした！雨だったので傘も貸してくれてこれも荷物送り先ホテルでの返却OKということで最高のサービスでした！
