服务热情周到，处理问题迅速
Pros:

酒店不在主干道上，位置不算最优越，离地铁站有7-8分钟距离，还算可以，马上对面有全家，同侧有life和另外一家小超市，最近住店的印度人比较多。
员工超级热情服务好，虽然中间有点小插曲在机场遗失一个行李箱，到酒店前台后说明情况，主动帮忙联系机场沟通后告知目前的处理进展，感觉比机场地勤处理的还要周到，第三天一早行李箱黑猫宅急送到酒店了，这点非常好，比我们自己和机场沟通方便多了！

Surpresa agradável! Estadia excelente
Pros:

Que experiência agradável tivemos com esse hotel, desde a entrada, bonito, receptivo, funcionários prestativos, check in bom e rápido, acomodação do quarto ampla para nós, que éramos em 3, limpo e agradável. Muito bem localizado, perto de estações de trem e ônibus além do Family Mart e Seven Eleven. Além disso adoramos conhecer o banho público, presente no hotel, uma experiência diferente e muito legal.
Voltarei e super recomendo!

Emplacement central dans Kyoto.
Les bains inclus dans l'hôtel.
La laverie bien équipée de 6 machines laveuse sécheuse.

Cons:

Pas de réservation possible dans le parking sous l'hôtel. Donc parfois la nécessité de faire le tour du quartier à la recherche de place dans les micro-parking.
Il est important de connaître les 2 Kanjis : plein 満 et vide 空 ce qui évitera de perieuses marches arrière.

アメニティを除けば最高！
Pros:

とても清潔でベッドも寝心地が良かった。スタッフの方も皆さんとても丁寧な対応だった。

Cons:

アメニティが微妙だった。メイク落としや化粧水などの基礎化粧品は共同浴場にしかなくていわゆるポンプ式のもので、クオリティも悪かった。
