Spacious quiet room

Best hotel experience! The place is so clean as well as the rooms. The breakfast is always fresh and staff are always friendly and welcoming. I definitely will be returning and recommending this room to others !
Great stay overall. Such a well kept and clean hotel. Good breakfast. And wonderful staff. The front desk lady Tatiana was such a sweetheart. She was more than helpful and accommodating with my husband and I, we were treated so well during our stay. Great atmosphere and close to other business centres. Thank you Ramada we will be returning !!
Staff was difficult

Decent breakfast, nice big room, good TV channel choices, location has easy access to highway.
Again I had requested a main floor room and did not have one when I arrived. The front desk clerk was able to put me in a main floor room.
The tiny soaps were cute, They had good drink choices and had a mini store if you needed something. They are walking distance from Walmart and other places. They have a discount at bps if needed.
The room was dirty. The hotel smelt like an old dirty apartment building pull of pot and smoke. The room was dirty. The ac didnt really work. We both had issues sleeping. There was stains and broken things through out the room. One bed looked like it had already been slept in.Not worth the money they charged.
I recently stayed at Ramada by Wyndham Cold Lake and had a very positive experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-kept, and the overall environment was quiet and relaxing. The staff were especially welcoming, professional, and attentive, making check-in and the entire stay smooth and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Cold Lake area.

Our stay in Ramada Cold Lake was excellent. Breakfast was yummy and we love the muffins. Staff are nice and warm and our rooms are for us perfect., will sure we are going be back this year.
