Pros:

The staff was friendly and very helpfull. Especially Nut and Pond in reception. They were arranged that we could stay in the same room when we extended our stay and as hospitality representitives performed excellent. Location was perfect in the old city and the pool was clean. Housekeeping was above average with Kham Naunt doing extra with folding of our clothes and towels to make us feel extra welcome. Even the lady at the laundromat at the hotel folded our washing and kept it for us when we washed our clothes but could not wait for it to dry. I would definitely visit again if I ever have the privilege of visiting Chang Mai again.

Cons:

The opening and closing of doorlocks in the hotel is very loud and wakes you up at night. Nothing else. Everything was good.

O pequeno almoço era simples, mas bom.
O hotel tinha piscina simpática e os espaços exteriores eram frescos e arranjados.

Cons:

O quarto DeLuxe era tudo menos de Luxe. Já foi certamente um bom hotel, mas agora não corresponde às 4 estrelas. Podem melhorar na limpeza , simpatia dos funcionários e instalações. Julgo que se pode encontrar melhor ao mesmo preço em Chiang Mai. Pedi quarto calmo e havia uma maquina que ligava e desligava á noite, julgo que era da piscina. Lamento, mas não recomendo este hotel.

Nice place to stay.
Pros:

Staff were excellent. Great location, nice surroundings, good breakfast, good sized suite ,Comfortable beds.

Cons:

About time the shower curtains were changed as black mould is apparent.
