I encountered great personalities...
Pros:

I had a good time at the InterLuxury Hotel at Addis Ababa. Fasika was very cordial, respectful and friendly. So were Bessum (BSU) and Meseret. The rooms were cleaned in such a way that still felt private afterwards. My requests were attended to promptly and every staff I encountered exuded confidence, yet communicated warmth and respect alongside. I also like the inclination towards sustainability demonstrated in the frequency of laundry of bath towels. Altogether, I enjoyed being here.

Excellent customer service
Pros:

It was a lovely experience, all the service team are super friendly and kind. Especially Abiyot Restaurant Supervisor is really kind and professional he is very attentive and proactive, one of staff members that works hard to make you feel at home. Hope to be back soon.

朝食は、メニューが充実していますが、味が濃いめで砂糖も多めなので長期滞在時には注意が必要かもしれません。お部屋はとても静かで、セキュリティの面もしっかりしていました。同じ名前のホテルが2つあり、どちらに泊まるのか現地に行くまでわからなかったのは不便でした。

Cons:

1泊だけ宿泊の予定でしたが、チェックイン時にもう１泊延長したいと伝えたところ、fully bookedで延長は不可、と言われました。しかし、同僚は、私の直後に同じお願いをしたところ、1泊なら延長可能と言われました。2人とも同じサイトから予約して同じランクの部屋を１泊予約していたので、明らかに不公平な取り扱いでホテルの印象が悪化しました。

All the staff are amazing. It is clear they have received a lot of training. The management team are quite responsive to any issues raised. Wish I could remember all their names, Selam (Front Desk), Kefale Yayeh (F&B Manager), Restaurant Manager, General Manager etc. Also Danite, Weynshet, Fassika just to mention a few names. Also the other F&B Manager who treated me to a cup of tea when I least expected it and encouraged me to visit the other branch of Inter Luxury- Yes there are 2. The other has a revolving 360° panoramic view.

Cons:

Security appear to harass visitors for ID.

"I had a fantastic stay at the Inter Luxury Hotel! The location is highly convenient and safe, the rooms are impeccably clean and comfortable, and the recreational facilities—especially the rooftop pool and gym—are wonderful.

However, the absolute highlight of my trip was the dining experience. I must give a special shoutout to live cooking chef Ms. Zenbwork Shefraw. She is simply amazing! The passion and care she puts into her live cooking make the meals feel incredibly homey, just like being treated to food prepared by a loving mother. Her dishes brought authentic warmth to the hotel's already great dining experience.

Magnificent
Pros:

Pros:

Yati kebede is the one Who serve me and I go with my kids and for swimming and after that we eat our lunch here .... It is the best experience we have and she's polit and hospitable.

Wonderful Food and Hospitality
Pros:

Abyot and the team served delicious food from different cultures and showed exhilarating kindness and professionalism. It was wonderful staying at this hotel thanks to the visible efforts of the kitchen and waiters to deliver an unforgettable experience. Would recommend to food lovers. Also, the front desk is extremely open to positive and negative comments and works hard to give the luxurious aspect of the hotel. Concierge, security, and door handlers contribute as well. Bravo!
