Vrlo neugodno iskustvo. Hotel smo uredno rezervirali i očekivali da ćemo dobiti sobu koju smo platili. Međutim, po dolasku su nam rekli da su sve sobe popunjene i da za nas nema mjesta. Umjesto toga prebacili su nas u drugi hotel, udaljen oko 3,5 km od centra.

Takva situacija je potpuno neprihvatljiva. Rezervacija bi trebala biti jamstvo da će gost dobiti smještaj koji je rezervirao, a ne da po dolasku ostane bez sobe i bude premješten na drugu lokaciju. Zbog toga nam je narušen plan putovanja i boravka, a posebno je razočaravajuće što smo upravo zbog lokacije odabrali ovaj hotel.

Osoblje je bilo pristojno, ali to ne može nadoknaditi činjenicu da hotel nije ispunio svoju osnovnu obvezu prema gostima. Na temelju ovog iskustva ne bih ponovno rezervirala ovaj hotel niti ga mogu preporučiti.

Non c'è aria condizionata e durante il giorno faceva molto caldo. Durante un temporale entrava acqua dalla finestra. Il personale non è stato molto cortese durante la colazione.
