Een teleurstellend verblijf

De locatie vlak bij de kabelbaan en restaurants

Cons:

Personeel was erg onvriendelijk, kamer was een warme zolderkamer die geen 4 sterren waard is.
Ondanks dat er voldoende parkeergelegenheid zou zijn was dit er niet en moesten we betaald parkeren.

Pros:

Camera molto grande lussuosa tutta in legno. Servizio bagagli alla camera.
Spa rilassante dopo un lungo viaggio in moto.

Unica pecca: il phon...quello a manichetta per chi ha i capelli lunghi impiega troppo tempo per asciugare

Nous avons été très déçus de notre séjour. Dès notre arrivée, le gérant nous a mal accueillis, avec une attitude désagréable et en soufflant lorsque nous lui parlions. Nous avons également eu le sentiment d’être jugés et moins bien considérés parce que nous étions Français et habillés en randonneurs. Nous avons vraiment ressenti cela comme une forme de discrimination, ce qui est honteux pour un hôtel 4 étoiles.

Concernant l’hôtel, les chambres ne correspondent absolument pas aux photos présentées sur le site et les plateformes de réservation. La literie est très vieillissante : mon matelas faisait des bruits très désagréables et n’était absolument pas confortable pour le dos. Le parking est également très limité, avec des places quasi inexistantes. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner est très décevant pour un établissement 4 étoiles : pas de véritable café, pas de jus d’orange frais et même pas de pain frais.

Pour nous, cet établissement est très loin du standing attendu d’un 4 étoiles et nous le déconseillons fortement.

Cons:

El hotel en general está muy bien, pero tuvimos un problema con la camarera de piso. Nos quedamos una noche y teníamos que abandonar las habitaciones a las 10 de la mañana . Alas 8 de la mañana la camarera de piso entra a la habitación sin tocar la puerta. Y más tarde a las 9:20 nos da un plazo de 5 minutos para abandonarla. La situación fue muy desagradable.
