Ideal place to stay if you visit the Kings Lynn area .
Pros:

the location was perfect for my one night stay and so close to the train station .the room was clean and cosy .I did not have breakfast but it was nice to have the kettle in the room for a cup of coffee or tea.

Not over impressed - and we cancelled our second night's stay.
Pros:

Proximity to King's Lynn amenities and attractions - right on Tuesday Market Place and close to bus station. There was a nice lounge and bar area.

Cons:

TV needed tuning, no hot water in the morning (to be fair, this was fixed by the time we'd had breakfast, but too late for showers - good job I didn't want to wash my hair). Fairly basic room. Second room shower tray had filled up to almost overflowing.......it was reported so hope the drainage was sorted.
Staff weren't particularly welcoming - no smiles, except from those on Reception. Bar staff and morning staff almost sullen (except for the young man who was pleasant)
Breakfast was a buffet - go and get your own mug of tea (a pet hate - please give me a tea pot!!!), boring bread for toast and no extra choices such as eggs benedict which we got elsewhere. Little in the way of fruit or marmalade. Two of us asked for poached eggs, which were nice, but it wasn't obvious you could have them.

Breakfast staff overworked. Took a long time to replenish bacon and beans. Fried eggs hard fried and oily.

Comfortable hotel in a good location near the town centre.
Pros:

Central location. Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Breakfast was good with several options.

Cons:

There was a broken window in the corridor outside our room.

Excellent staff, great service

Cons:

We were not aware how much walking we had to do to get to our room, either walking up and down stairs with nothing to hold on to, or using the lift and tackling an obstacle course.

Great nights sleep
Pros:

Check in was simple.

Breakfast was a help yourself offer and it was excellent, the team in the breakfast room were attentive and very helpful.

Bed was very comfortable and a great nights sleep was had.

Shower hot and powerful.

Cons:

Lack of plug sockets

No charging points by bed
