Location
Location and breakfast
Kitchen extractor fans on when we arrived at 4 and woke us up at 5.30 in the morning
The public areas were beautiful.
Our room was very tired. There was a plaster flaking off the ceiling. The shower wasn't very powerful. The hairdryer was very old fashioned. The TV was "black & white" ie there was no tone to the colour.
Rooms are comfy
, a little outdaeted, wifi was rubbish
Good facilities, convenient location, very good breakfast , helpful and friendly staff
Location.
One of the blinds in our bedroom was broken and could not be closed, and the blind in the bathroom couldn’t be opened or closed.
Great location and easy access
No aircon and the hot weather made for a restless night
Location
Room quite small and stuffy
Friendly staff and early check in.
No aircon in rooms, this should be clearly identified on the booking page. An extra fan was sent up which helped but the room was still extremally hot and uncomfortable. There are other place to stay in the town centre which offer a better room quality and service. Breakfast buffet area was very small and crowded.
The location is absolutely perfect. Hence we've stayed there for about 10 times.
Don't like the fact that breakfast is now a buffet. It was far better when breakfast was off the menu. Also being charged £15 per day for parking, which was only recently applied.
Great location and very friendly staff. Good size room which was nicely decorated. Lovely lounge and bar areas downstairs. Nice cocktails and breakfast.
Very steep stairs up to our room which was in the roof and shower not great for tall people!
Location is the best aspect of this hotel, convenient to go anywhere in city centre
The lift should be serviced, possibly changed to new one! It makes soooo much noise and we were given a room right next to it. If I had known, I wouldn't have booked the room or the hotel! All one hopes for is a silent and good night's sleep. The bathroom had recent construction sort of dirt, wasn't even cleaned well. Cutlery in the room wasn't clean either, it was sticky and not cleaned after previous use (yuck!). The hotel staff wasn't accommodating about any of these issues either!
Good location in kings lynn, very central.
Lovely breakfast
Clean.
Little bit basic/shabby in the area between the old hotel and newer part of the building. Rooms were nice though.
Poor amount of sockets. Mirror mounted too high to see when sat at desk.
