Great location. Poor conditions of hotel

Needs updated and maintained. Poor condition. Our room had some rotting on the ceiling, dirty walls, dirty carpet

Little gem of a hotel right on the sea with fantastic views and great amenities. Will come back again!
Pros:

The location of this hotel with the sea on its steps is incredible! We had the most magical views on the bay, the sunset and the port from our balcony. Everything was very clean and designed with a thought. Service was perfect too.

The views were amazing and we had a king bed.

Cons:

When we checked into our room there was a horrible smell and we found a dirty toilet. When we notified the staff they didn’t do anything about it and felt like they were mad at us for mentioning it. The ac also hardly works

Excellent staff. Beautiful view. Appreciated having a balcony.

Cons:

The room is quite small but nicely furnished. The fridge is in the Wardrope so you could only hang shirts. The air conditioning wasn't cold enough and when we tried to move the temperature down it didn't seem to make any difference.

Room with a view, great location? You got it !
Pros:

Room was spacious and bathroom well fitted with everything you might need. Bed was big and comfortable. View was as good as it gets over the bay including Cap Ferrat. Great selection of cold things for breakfast, scrambled and fried eggs available along with sausages and crispy bacon. Bar service good. Loved the spiral staircase. Staff were very helpful.

Cannot think of anything, would you believe !
