Außergewöhnlich freundliches Personal, vor allem während des Frühstücks.

Have stayed a few times previously. Very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely breakfast and nice room. Good location for walking to the city and for exploring the Mosel valley. Extra bottled water was provided as it was very hot when we stayed.
It was very hot when we stayed so the only issue was trying to keep cool in the room. A small cooling/heating unit was provided but it wasn't really enough to cool the room down - maybe just a fan would have been better but it was exceptionally hot weather so it would have affected everyone staying.

Easy check in, good sized room although no aircon or fan and it was very hot during our stay. Restaurant is lovely, great food, would definitely recommend. Also good amount of parking.

Very hot & hotel not really equipped to be comfortable in the extreme heatwave - this did spoil our stay. Fan was provided, but difficult to get iced water at dinner and with breakfast - staff seemed too busy to find ice when asked
Lots of parking good facilities
Room was a bit weak with blinds falling down and fans in some rooms not in others.
