Love this place and would recommend to anyone.
Pros:

Helped with getting us from train station to hotel. Made great recommendations and made reservations for dinner. Set up pick up for when we left to get us to airport. Beautiful hotel on the canal

The terrace was the highlight
Pros:

Location, staff and room were all excellent. The hotel has a water taxi collection and drop off which made life so much easier. The terrace is the best for having drinks and watching the people and boats go by. The staff organised our airport transfers to and from the airport and was seamless.

The staff were always helpful, the bar was great and the location was 5 mins to St Mark's square and 4 mins to Rialto so perfect!!

The room was spotless and everything catered for. Would definitely stay here again.

Tot, habitació, instalacions en heneral, ubicació, estàvem al costat mateix del canal i veiem passar les gondoles sota la nostra habitació, va ser increible
