Aqua Palace

The room was large with high ceilings and an oversized bathroom. The breakfast area was small but adequate. The woman I remember was Barbara who was polite and always ready with a cappucchino and smile to greet us each morning. GianCarlo at the desk was exceptionally helpful with us regarding securing a train to Rome at our departure. He helped us with the App and the options - taking extra time to ensure we were good to go! The location was just perfect and between the two most important parts of Venice: Rialto Bridge and San Marco's Square. But quiet enough to escape from the chaos.

Location

This is a lovely hotel located on a canal just a couple of minutes walk from St Marks Square. It has a water entrance so our water taxi could unload our luggage directly into the hotel lobby. Our suite was a very spacious room with great A/C and plenty of closet space. Our room overlooked the canal. The included breakfast was excellent. The hotel has a very small bar with a very experienced bartender who delighted in making cocktails with homemade ingredients. The concierge was helpful in organizing transport to/from airport and cruise terminal, as well as a free trip to Murano.

Pobyt w hotelu Aqua Palace był wspaniały i z przyjemnością możemy go polecić. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni z przestronnego i komfortowego apartamentu. Ogromnym atutem hotelu jest możliwość dopłynięcia taxi boat bezpośrednio pod hotel, co bardzo ułatwia podróżowanie z bagażami.

W pokoju panowała cisza, dzięki czemu mogliśmy doskonale wypocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania Wenecji. Śniadania były smaczne, urozmaicone .

Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują również bardzo mili i pomocni Panowie z recepcji, którzy byli uprzejmi, profesjonalni i zawsze chętnie służyli pomocą. Dziękujemy za wspaniały pobyt – z pewnością chętnie tu wrócimy!

We had a wonderful stay at Aqua Palace Hotel Venice and would happily give it 5 stars. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and consistently helpful, which made a great first impression and continued throughout our stay. The hotel itself was spotless, with excellent cleanliness standards in both the rooms and the common areas, and everything felt well maintained and comfortable.

The location is fantastic and one of the biggest highlights of the hotel. It is perfectly placed for exploring Venice, with easy access to the main sights, shops, and restaurants while still feeling peaceful and relaxing after a busy day out. Our room was comfortable, quiet, and nicely presented, making it easy to unwind.

Breakfast was another standout feature. There was a very good selection, everything was fresh, and it was a pleasant way to start each day. Overall, Aqua Palace Hotel exceeded our expectations in every way, and we would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone visiting Venice. A great hotel, excellent location, and a very enjoyable stay from start to finish.

We loved staying at this hotel. The staff helped us schedule our private water taxi and transfer from the airport upon arrival, which was super easy and felt so special arriving by boat to the entrance of the hotel. The staff members at the front desk were so friendly and offered options for sight seeing and other tours. The breakfast was delicious and the waiters/waitresses were so friendly and attentive. The beds were very comfortable and the newly upgraded suite was beautiful! It was a great location to shopping, St. Marks square and lovely dining. When we return to Venice in the future, Aqua Palace will definitely be our place to stay!

Wir hätten uns kein schöneres Hotel für unsere Hochzeit in Venedig wünschen können.
Schon vor unserer Anreise hat uns das Team unglaublich unterstützt. Mein Brautkleid musste kurzfristig ins Hotel geliefert werden und wartete bereits sicher auf mich, als wir am Vorabend unserer Hochzeit ankamen. Das hat uns in einer ohnehin aufregenden Situation sehr viel Stress genommen.
Das gesamte Team an der Rezeption war außergewöhnlich herzlich, aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Außerdem wurde für uns – genau wie vereinbart – ein wunderschönes traditionelles Holz-Wassertaxi organisiert, das uns stilvoll vom Hotel zum Standesamt brachte. Das war ein unvergesslicher Moment.

Ganz besonders in Erinnerung bleibt uns jedoch die Dame beim Frühstück. Sie hat sich so ehrlich mit uns über unsere Hochzeit gefreut, dass wir das Gefühl hatten, sie begleitet unseren besonderen Tag persönlich mit. Sie hat uns liebevoll verwöhnt und kam anschließend sogar noch nach draußen, um uns zu gratulieren und alles Gute zu wünschen.

Solche Menschen machen den Unterschied. Man spürt, wenn Gastfreundschaft nicht nur ein Beruf, sondern eine Herzensangelegenheit ist.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese wunderbaren Erinnerungen. Wir werden immer mit großer Freude an unseren Aufenthalt zurückdenken und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

The location was fantastic and the property was beautiful.

Die Lage ist sehr zentral. Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind sehr gut. Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück ist gut.

Suite was great for a family of 4. Lovely big rooms. Fantastic central location. All staff were very friendly and talked to us, whether that was at reception, at the bar or at breakfast.
