Aqua Palace

The vibe is of an old school Venetian hotel but with modernized and comfortable interiors. The location and look of the place is like from a movie set. Passerby’s were constantly taking photos of the hotel and the canal. For the very affordable high season price it is also good value, an unbeatable combination. The service was great from the beginning to end

Aqua Palace is an elegant and very comfortable hotel with a wonderful location. We were a few minutes from the most popular sites but also set apart from the crowds so the location was quiet. I can't think of a better location to stay in and we walked all over the island. We had a canal view room that enhanced our stay immensely. There's nothing like looking out onto a postcard of Venice from your room. The hotel has beautiful interiors making it so pleasant to come back to after a day of sightseeing. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable with a walk in shower.
The front desk staff is very professional and helpful. They booked our transportation for arrival and departure, making it all seamless. I would stay here again and again.

We loved our stay at Aqua Palace! We had 15 people across 5 rooms, and all loved it. The rooms and suites were big, with nice big modern bathrooms. We were there during the heat dome and the AC was cranking which we loved! The hotel is a two minute walk from St. Mark’s and super close to many great sites and restaurants. The suite was perfect with two twin beds for our boys and a separate king bedroom for the parents. We also enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The water taxi can drop you off and pick you up directly at the hotel. That was key during this intense heat with lots of luggage. I’d 100% stay here again and recommend to anyone!

Perfect location, great bathroom, helpful staff

The aqua hotel is top-notch. The rooms are beautiful and so clean. Every retention to detail has been paid. The staff is friendly and professional. Lello the bartender is so nice and accommodating and always gave 5 star service. He suggested an amazing restaurant for dinner and took the time to make the reservations for us gave us the directions on how to get there andthe restaurant staff greeted us with open arms and gave us top-notch service. Would definitely come back to this hotel again and hopefully we’ll do itin the near future

My family and I just stayed here for 3 nights in June and It was fantastic. Would highly recommenced staying here! You're a 5min walk to center city and just about a 20min walk to everywhere else. Can't way to be back sometime!

What I most enjoyed about this hotel is its understated elegance. Everything works smoothly and efficiently and that is, of course, because of the staff. We did have an issue but that was rectified in the same way, quickly, calmly, no fuss, with elegance. The room we had boasted a small rooftop terrace, that captured the sun, yet was private. I have only praise for this hotel and its management, I've rarely stayed in a hotel so beautifully elegant; it provided us with a quiet and calm retreat from the busy-ness of Venice. Everything we needed to see was within walking distance.

Excellent hotel that was the perfect mix of venicitian charm but still.felt very boutique. The bar is amazing with a character of a bartender named Lello who we had a fantastic time with. The location is excellent, beds are comfortable and we arrived and left via the private dock by private water taxi. It's the perfect place to stay to get the full Venice experience.
