Pros:

Das Hotel und die Zimmer sind wirklich schick und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage ist wirklich top, direkt am Vondelpark und den Museen. Vieles ist fußläufig gut vom Hotel aus erreichbar.

Cons:

Die Betten sind extrem schmal, für zwei Personen sehr herausfordernd. Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig, sodass man Glück haben muss, ruhige Nachbarn zu haben.

Fabulous hotel and staff. Excellent all round, and would definately stay here again.
Pros:

Beautiful location on a quiet street. Had a room with balcony and lovely view. Staff were so friendly and happy to help with suggestions and locations of places to visit.
My wife even had a Happy birthday message and a small complimentary bottle of wine in arrival, a lovely gesture.

Cons:

Price of breakfast might seem a little expensive if you only want something minimal to eat or drink.

A fantastic hotel in Amsterdam’s Museum Quarter
Pros:

A fantastic hotel located in Amsterdam’s beautiful Museum Quarter. Excellent transport links are right on the doorstep, with tram and bus connections providing easy access to both the airport and central Amsterdam. We travelled as a group of eight, staying across two rooms, which were spacious, spotless and very comfortable. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and a pleasure to deal with throughout our stay. It was our first visit to Amsterdam, it certainly won’t be our last and we will definitely be staying in Hotel Aalders.

Amazing Hospitality and Great Location
Pros:

The hotel has a great location, very close to the museum district. The hospitality is excellent. The room was very clean. Highly recommended, especially for solo travelers.

Cons:

The only issue was the lack of slippers in the room.
