Pros:

angenehmes Altbau-Hotel in ruhiger Lage im schicken Museumsviertel, schön möbliert, gute Verkehrsanbindung (direkter Bus zum Flughafen, Straßenbahn zum Hauptbahnhof), alle großen Museen (Rijksmuseum, van Gogh Museum, Moco) und die Innenstadt sind fußläufig erreichbar, umfangreiches kontinentales Frühstück (div. Brotsorten, Eier, Speck, Müsli, Joghurt, Obst, Käse, Aufschnitt...), sehr freundliches Personal, hauseigener Fahrrad-Verleih (gute 3-Gang-Räder mit 2 Handbremsen ohne Rücktritt), angenehmer Service, gute Restaurant-Empfehlungen in der Nähe

Cons:

kleines Manko: Das Bad war zwar neu renoviert, aber sehr eng und mit wenig Ablagefläche (ein kleines Regal hätte noch gut reingepasst und geholfen)

Beautiful hotel in a great spot!
Pros:

Rooms were beautiful and beds very comfortable. Location was in a quiet neighborhood close to museums, shops and restaurants so it was great for our family.

Cons:

Our room didn’t have AC. Would have been nice to have however with a fan and the windows open, a cool breeze filled the room and we were comfortable throughout the night. Only downfall was the noise in the early morning woke us up.

We really enjoyed the quaint hotel in a very advantageous location. We were very satisfied.
Pros:

The location in the historical area was marvelous. So close to the museums.

We were in room 25a and didn’t realize how small it was until we saw into room 25. We wondered if we got the smaller room because they let us in early when we first arrived and it was maybe the only one available at the time. The breakfast was excellent with a good number of choices in a beautiful room.

Nice hotel near the museums
Pros:

The location was great for the first stay in Amsterdam. The breakfast was good enough. The staff was really kind and attentive.

Cons:

The rooms were a bit small. There was no minibar in the rooms.

Pros:

It was located in a great, central spot to many parks, restaurants and tourist locations. It was also close to public transit.

Cons:

We weren’t able to locate a temperature control in our room. We weren’t the biggest fans of having to leave the key with the front desk as there wasn’t a more secure system to collect the key

Repetiría sin duda.
Pros:

Este hotel fue perfecto para mi. Buena ubicación, habitaciones confortables, una cama muy cómoda, silencioso para poder descansar y el desayuno también estaba rico. El barrio es precioso y tranquilo a cualquier hora del día. Me moví siempre a pie porque quedaba todo cerca. Los empleados, tanto de recepción como en el desayuno, fueron muy amables. Repetiría sin dudarlo.
