Very friendly
The room was a family with comfortable bunk beds for our and a very comfortable double bed for parents which meant we all had a comfortable sleep. The whole room and bathroom was very clean and welcoming.
Nothing - to complain about. We had to leave very early to catch a flight so nothing to do with the hotel.

Asked staff about bus running early. She advised I would need a taxi. Taxi booked but didn't turn up - another was booked. Paid £18 when I could have got bus.

staff were incredibly rude and discriminating to our group… we tried to order a drink at the bar and were told we were only aloud one drink per person, when asking politely why this was the case they became very rude and shut down our question in a very agressive manor.. the man working at the bar then left and began talking about us to other staff rudely whilst we were able to hear. We asked him politely to please stop being nasty towards us as we had done nothing wrong and were totally ignored. We tried to get a refund as we didn’t feel comfortable staying there but they said that it wasn’t possible… no apology was given and they made excuses for there actions and blamed it on us “looking young” although we had all shown proof of age. The problem wasn’t that we were only aloud one drink, it was the language used whilst the situation was happening. We are young women so the man at the bar clearly felt he had power over us which is why we felt so uncomfortable. We also asked for the managers name and the owners contact number, both of which were refused to us. Please save your time and find a hotel where the staff are not incredibly rude as this ruined the start of our trip

Positioned between two noisy main roads.
Excellent location for Gatwick, with the bus only 2 mins walk away. On-site restaurant was excellent and very comfortable room. Mine was single but was spacious, with plenty of room to open suitcase.

Super close to the airport! Loved that the England game was playing in the little bar area when we arrived. Room was great, and breakfast was lovely!
