Superb value for money and excellent customer service
Pros:

Clean and easily accessible. Staff were super helpful and couldn’t do enough for me. Would definitely recommend.

Ideal location for airport
Pros:

Proximity to airport.

Cons:

Due to a customer parking too close to the entrance it was a little tight getting in. Maybe a notice to customers to say no parking in that spot.

Pros:

Hotel eas hood

Cons:

We had to go up a very narrow stairway to our room with two heavy cases and a very low sighted husband
If we had known about the stairs we would not have stayed
The Hotel room itself was good although a tall person probly would have had problems because of slopping ceilings

Very pleasant stop before an earlg flight out. Staff pleasant, dinner good, room well appointed (though a little tight on space) bedroom with good bathroom

Pros:

The staff were extremely kind and friendly. Prepared me a nice meal late in the evening and the room was clean, functional and comfortable. Parking available on site for a reasonable fee. Very convenient for Gatwick flights.

A great holiday made even better by a Great hotel.
Pros:

Everything. It’s very close yo family which is why we stayed there first off. Being so clean and tidy and great staff we’ve been staying there every time we go to Horley. We’ve been going for 3-4 years and stayed on plenty of occasions. To say the staff are friendly is an understatement. We always stop and chat. Breakfast is the best. So tasty and filling. Angie is a Darling.

Great little hotel
Pros:

Just a very friendly, comfortable and very reasonable hotel. Nice restaurant if you need a meal in the evening. Very good location and offers parking at a good price.

Comfortable and homely
Pros:

Easy to find, very cleans, super friendly happy staff, great breakfast and generally good value for money

Cons:

Left car there while on holiday when we came back it had been under a tree and was filthy with bird mess and leaves.

This hotel was in a great location near Gatwick ,the facility to leave your car was brilliant . Excellant value for money and the car was in a safe location on the premises .The rooms were spacious and clean with good facilities .The staff made it for us they were so welcoming and helpful .Will definately use this hotel again 😊
