Le petit déjeuner, le personnel, la proximité avec le sanctuaire et les commodités.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé et réglé une chambre avec vue et balcon pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant de moins de 4 ans.

À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert une chambre manifestement prévue pour une seule personne, de très petite taille, sans la vue attendue, avec une fenêtre donnant sur les parties communes de l'établissement.

Cette chambre ne correspond ni à la réservation effectuée ni au tarif payé, nous songeons déjà de nous rapprocher de Booking afin de signaler cette non-conformité et solliciter une compensation au titre de la différence entre la prestation réservée et celle effectivement fournie.

Still in central however infront of a cemetary

Cons:

Location....there is stairs to arrive as the other roads, construction was being done and it was closed. Also room balcony was exactly infront of a cemetary.

L emplacement juste à côté de la basilique et des restaurants. Il y a un ascenseur juste à côté de l hôtel pour accéder facilement au centre de la ville ainsi qu un parking juste à proximité gratuit le samedi après-midi le dimanche et jour férié.
