Pros:

Prekrasan manji hotel na idiličnom mjestu, korištenje bazena je uključeno u cijenu boravka, čak i na dan odlaska. Doručak je raznovrsan, svaki dan bude nešto drugačije. Osoblje je vrlo ljubazno i srdačno :-)

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Absolutely recommend that place. Comfortable, nice bedroom, helpful staff, free access to the pool… which is a must after a long drive. Very good restaurant and ample parking space. All you need is there.

Ottima soluzione economica per le terme di Rimske
Pros:

Ottima posizione per raggiungere le terme di Rimske. Si potrebbero anche raggiungere a piedi, ma il dislivello da percorrere è ragguardevole. Dimensioni della camera ragguardevoli. Grazie mille alla cuoca per avermi preparato appositamente in padelle pulite uova e bacon per garantire al massimo la non contaminazione col glutine (sono celiaco).

Cons:

La camera in cui eravamo non aveva una doccia ma una vasca. Credo che non costi tanto mettere un attacco a muro per fare sì che si possa tenere alto il doccino per lavarsi... Sia per il check-in che per il check-out ho dovuto rincorrere e aspettare qualcuno che presenziasse alla reception (sono arrivato alle 14 e siamo partiti alle 8.30 di mattina). Nel momento in cui non c'è una persona fissa in reception si può pensare di mettere un campanello elettronico per attirare l'attenzione di qualcuno... La qualità del caffè è davvero pessima. Consiglio di puntare su altro per la colazione.

Beautiful location
Pros:

The facilities are amazing. They have a beautiful pool (which was just opening), a great outdoor restaurant on a terrace overlooking the beautiful mountains. And breakfast is free!

Cons:

The rooms need updating. Carpets are old and stained and the bathrooms are a bit tired. Our clothes drying rack had something wrong and it leaked a huge pool of water in the bathroom floor

Ništa nam se nije dopalo i bili smo razočarani jer cela grupa od 9 članova je ostala ispred zaključanih vrata hotela jer smo imali većih nepredviđenih problema u putovanju o čemu smo pokušali da obavestimo Hotel gmail porukama i direktnim pozivima ali nam se niko nije javljao niti odgovarao posle čega smo stigli ispred Hotela između 22-23h ali je sve bilo zaključano i nikoga nismo mogli da nađemo, posle čega smo morali otići u Celje gde smo našli alternativni smeštaj oko 24h gde recepcija normalno radi, mislim da je velika sramota da Hotel u jednom tako poznatom turističkom mestu kao što su Rimske Toplice radi samo do 21h i da nema dežurnog na recepciji barem do 24h ili barem ostavljen br. telefona nekoga ko će da se javi za hitne nepredviđene situacije koje mogu da se dese u putu gostima koji dolaze u taj Hotel a ne da ostanu noću na ulici pred zaključanim Hotelom! Vođa grupe Todor! PS. Posle dugogodišnje uspešne saradnje sa Bookingom ovo je prvi put da mi se ovo dešava i zato mislim da nije u redu da mi bude naplaćen ovaj smeštaj u kome nismo ni boravili tj. prenoćili zbog gore navedenih okolnosti, uz nadu u dalju uspešnu saradnju sa Bookingom, Todor Stojić
